Adesso dovrei fare un nuovo ordine ma gli articoli sono con i prezzi lievitati. Comportamento scorretto da parte di chi ci lavora, a partire dal fatto che ieri al telefono mi hanno assicurato che loro di questo pacco non ne sapessero niente... Oggi ho parlato direttamente con il centro SDA che si occupa della distribuzione dei pacchi UPS nella zona che mi ha detto che invece lo avete rifiutato e che stavate mentendo sapendo di mentire. Fare una chiamata ad un cliente era un gesto di cortesia che non sarebbe costato nulla, considerato il fatto che siete voi nella posizione di torto perché non vi rendete centro di ritiro se poi alcuni tipi di pacchi non li accettate! Vi ho già segnalato al sito da cui ho comprato e spero che prendano provvedimenti. Io ad oggi mi ritrovo ad avere speso tempo e denaro (decine di chiamate cumulative considerando quelle con voi, UPS e Yoox) e a dovere spendere una cifra maggiore per quello che avevo già acquistato. Inutile dire che non lo utilizzerò mai più nemmeno come punto di appoggio per vinted. Non si lavora così. They refused a pay-on-delivery package and made me lose heavily discounted purchased goods.
