Arroganti come pochi, non lo consiglio per niente Good product (they do not do it) but assembly, assistance and above all relationship with the customer I must say bad. B	Bruni Bruni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ormai sono passati circa 7 anni dal giorno in cui mi hanno montato i serramenti quindi la mia non è la classica recensione che fanno tutti appena dopo il montaggio quando tutto è bello perché non sei del settore e non ti accorgi dei problemi ; in questi anni ho avuto infiniti problemi del tipo: grossi spifferi ,viti che si staccano da sole dai balconi, zanzariere che non arrivano integre al secondo anno, sensori dell allarme montati sul' anta sbagliata o montati ognuno in posizioni diverse ,infiltrazioni d' acqua e molti alti problemi dovuti alla scarsa qualità dei prodotti e alla posa che non riescono a fare in maniera professionale devo però dire che se li chiami ti danno assistenza quando hanno tempo ,ma invece di cambiare i pezzi difettosi con pezzi nuovi come dovrebbe essere visto che la garanzia è di 10 anni li aggiustano alla buona con esperienti poco funzionali e brutti da vedere che poi durano relativamente poco, attualmente continuo ad avere gli stessi problemi di sempre e mi sono rivolto ad un altra azienda della zona spendendo nuovamente soldi a causa della loro incompetenza . sconsiglio altamente questa azienda ,non fatevi ingannare dalla bella vetrina e dalle promesse in fase di preventivo now about 7 years have passed since the day the windows and doors were mounted for me so mine is not the classic review that everyone does just after assembly when everything is beautiful because you are not in the sector and you do not notice the problems; in recent years I have had endless problems such as: large drafts, screws that detach themselves from the balconies, mosquito nets that do not arrive intact in the second year, alarm sensors mounted on the wrong door or each mounted in different positions, water infiltrations and many high problems due to the poor quality of the products and the installation that they cannot do professionally, however, I must say that if you call them they give you assistance when they have time, but instead of changing the defective parts with new ones as it should be seen that the warranty is 10 years they fix them in a good way with little functional and ugly to see experiences that then last relatively shortly, currently I continue to have the same problems as always and I have turned to another company in the area spending money again because of their incompetence. I strongly advise against this company, do not be fooled by the beautiful window and by the promises in the quote phase
