What can I say, a completely positive experience; in the shop kindness and attention to detail (details never dealt with with the other 2 retailers to whom we contacted for a quote); we have chosen our floors and the parquet staircase and the tiles for the bathrooms and the kitchen for their value for money; both we and our surveyor are very satisfied with the laying of the tiles and parquet, now we have asked for quotes for bathroom furniture that we always plan to buy from them. +++
