 Not the best as a gym but you can train, cleaning points and machinery not in perfect condition.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Luogo piccolo, il proprietario fa fatica a a sborsare i soldi per comprare due panche da mettere in bagno, ma in compenso ci sono tutti gli attrezzi che servono ed i corsi sono divertentissimi
Small place, the owner struggles to shell out the money to buy two benches to put in the bathroom, but on the other hand there are all the tools you need and the courses are fun

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Struttura chiaramente vetusta, con evidente bisogno di profondi lavori di manutenzione e ammodernamento. La palestra in sé è mediocre, forse sarebbe migliore la zona corsi, cui però non sono interessato. Spogliatoi spesso freddi, sauna condivisa uomini e donne, nel 2018 lo trovo agghiacciante.
Clearly antiquated structure, clearly in need of extensive maintenance and modernization work. The gym itself is mediocre, perhaps the course area would be better, but I'm not interested in it. Often cold changing rooms, shared sauna for men and women, in 2018 I find it chilling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bella palestra, personale preparato e disponibile. Unica pecca utenti molto maleducati, tengono occupati attrezzi non per fare gli esercizi, ma per stare col cellulare. Idem con le panche degli spogliatoi
Nice gym, trained and helpful staff. The only flaw is very rude users, they keep tools busy not to do the exercises, but to be with the cell phone. Ditto with the changing room benches

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Palestra situata in un punto strategico sulla via provinciale che collega i paesi limitrofi della provincia di Varese (Malnate, Vedano Olona) e Como (Binago, Solbiate, Olgiate Comasco).
Ampia sala pesi con una vasta scelta di attrezzature e macchina per la pesistica; parco macchine dedicato all'attività aerobica (tapis roulant, cicloergometri, cross trainer, step, wave, sala spinning).
Sala corsi spaziosa con ampio specchio a tutta parete e numerosi attrezzi (steps, fit ball, bilanceri, pesi e manubri, tappetini).
Presenza di sauna e bagno turco, accessibili dagli spogliatoi di ciascun genere (maschili e femminili)
Staff qualificato dal punto di vista del Training e consulenti esperte nel campo reception e abbonamenti.
Ampia offerta di corsi ed orari molto convenienti per tutte le necessità.

Spacious training room with large full-wall mirror and numerous tools (steps, fit balls, barbells, weights and dumbbells, mats).
Presence of sauna and turkish bath, accessible from the changing rooms of each kind (male and female)
Qualified staff from the point of view of training and expert consultants in the field of reception and subscriptions.
Wide range of courses and very convenient timetables for all needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vicina, comoda e economica. Personale molto gentile. Uniche due pecche: andrebbe ristrutturata( soprattutto le attrezzature e le docce) ed è un po' troppo compressa. Nel contesto va bene
Close, convenient and economical. Very nice staff. The only two flaws: it should be renovated (especially the equipment and showers) and it is a bit too compressed. In context it is fine
