Il masso è punto di riferimento per la partenza di alcuni interessanti sentieri e per la vicina falesia molto frequentata.
Nulla che valga la pena di andare a vedere, ma è curioso da trovare a bordo strada.
 A large boulder that probably came off the mountain a few centuries ago.
The boulder is a reference point for the departure of some interesting paths and for the nearby very busy crag.
Nothing worth going to see, but it is curious to find on the roadside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lumignano paesino che fà parte del comune di Longare ha molti luoghi interessanti grotte, quella della guerea, così chiamata e lunga in orizzontale un centinaio di metri, e poi un Eremo di San Cassiano... Cogoli rientranze sulla roccia residuo di impatto e corrosione provocata dalle onde del mare che a valle era presente... infatti i Colli Berici erano una barriera corallina.... difficile da immaginare ma è la realtà... i Colli Berici sono luoghi eccezzionali poco conosciuti ai più ma per chi è curioso riservano luoghi e curiosità inimmaginabili... alla fine della strada principale di Lumignano, dove poi si può procedere solo a piedi prendendo sentieri molto interessanti, si trovo questo così detto Sasso... è un grande masso un pezzo di monte che si è staccato dalle conformazioni rocciose che sovrastano il paese dove si praticano scalate con una frequentatissima palestra di riccia... i Colli Berici luoghi selvaggi che meritano di essere scoperti e valorizzati.
