Oggi Durello 36 e 100 mesi di invecchiamento ... da favola e il Soave giovane semplicemente superlativo. Andare a trovarlo è obbligatorio!
It's nice to spend a few hours with Sandro. He talks to you about the land of his vineyards, he talks to you about his wine, you taste them and ... you fall in love with them. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DURELLO (Sandro de Bruno) ? Alla vista giallo paglierino, piuttosto intenso. Al naso note intense di fiori bianchi, agrumi, con sentori minerali di sottofondo. Troviamo inoltre note di mela cotogna, mimosa, e, più in generale, di fiori gialli. Al palato risulta decisamente sapido con una spiccata vena minerale. La freschezza risulta piuttosto intensa. Gradevole finale amarognolo.
ABBINAMENTI Ottimo da abbinare con un aperitivo, consigliato anche per piatti a base di pesce come il baccalà alla vicentina. Raccomandiamo “Durello e Monte Veronese” ?? #vivavinoverona #wineshop #verona #eat
DURELLO (Sandro de Bruno) ? At the sight straw yellow, rather intense. On the nose intense notes of white flowers, citrus, with mineral hints of background. We also find notes of quince, mimosa, and, more generally, of yellow flowers. On the palate it is decidedly savory with a marked mineral vein. The freshness is quite intense. Pleasant bitter finish.
PAIRINGS Excellent to combine with an aperitif, also recommended for fish dishes such as Vicenza-style cod. We recommend "Durello and Monte Veronese" ?? #vivavinoverona #wineshop #verona #eat
