Il locale è carino, ma per come abbiamo mangiato, potevano servirci anche per terra. La proprietaria dedica il suo lavoro al padre, medaglia al valore negli alpini. I porcini, raccolti da loro, vengono tutti sterilizzati, quindi perdono la tossicità e se ne possono mangiare anche più di quanti se ne mangiano di solito. Dimenticavo... non mangio funghi da anni causa indigestione... ho mangiato praticamente tutto. We went to the restaurant yesterday. Very friendly staff. The cook / owner is simply fantastic! We ate from God. The place is nice, but as we ate, they could also serve us on the ground. The owner dedicates her work to her father, a medal for value in the Alps. The porcini, collected by them, are all sterilized, therefore they lose their toxicity and can be eaten even more than are usually eaten. I forgot ... I haven't eaten mushrooms for years because of indigestion ... I've eaten pretty much everything.

Cucina tipica abruzzese davvero spettacolare con antipasti quasi tutti a base di porcini freschissimi della zona cucinati divinamente, trippa, pecora alla callara, salumi... A seguire tagliatelle rigorosamente fatte in casa ai porcini e per finire un delizioso agnello alla griglia con patate!!!! Pranzo davvero spettacolare in un ambiente familiare e un panorama fantastico in mezzo alla natura e alla sensazione di essere tornati indietro nel tempo!!!!!? I had lunch this Sunday with my family and local friends in this restaurant, nothing short of fantastic for those who love porcini !!!!!! Typical Abruzzo cuisine truly spectacular with appetizers almost all based on very fresh porcini mushrooms cooked divinely, tripe, callara sheep, salami ... Followed strictly homemade tagliatelle with porcini and finally a delicious grilled lamb with potatoes !! !! Truly spectacular lunch in a family environment and a fantastic view in the middle of nature and the feeling of being back in time !!!!! ?

Devo dire che sono stato davvero bene: cibo molto buono e abbondante, personale professionale e molto cortese, ambiente pulito. Ci tornerò di sicuro. Bravi! My review is based on today's Easter lunch, so I cannot judge "normal" management. I must say that I really enjoyed it: very good and plentiful food, professional and very courteous staff, clean environment. I'll be back for sure. Well done!

Menu scelto a base di funghi… ma tanti tanti tipi!! Cotti in vari maniere. Eccellente. Primo di polenta e poi due assaggi di secondi a base di agnello… ma agnello della montagna che era proprio delicato. Due vini biologici pure. Servizio top, sempre attenti … con abbastanza personale che non è scontato ultimamente. Locale caldo senza spifferi x ci ci tiene (fuori faceva 5-6 gradi.) da tornare volentieri. 1000m @ above sea level and breathtaking mountain views. Right in the middle of the mountains. Choice menu based on mushrooms ... but many, many types !! Cooked in various ways. Excellent. First of polenta and then two tastings of lamb-based second courses ... but mountain lamb that was really delicate. Two organic wines as well. Top service, always attentive… with enough staff which is not a given lately. Warm room without drafts x keeps us (it was 5-6 degrees outside.) To come back willingly.
