In the historic center there was no such kitchen! The restaurant is small and clean, the staff are really nice and the dishes are refined and good. Excellent quality, but perhaps you could push a little more with the tastes. I will definitely come back and recommend it! Prices are small but adequate for the service and food offered.

A fantastic experience, a spectacular cuisine, studied, sweaty and refined dishes. We had dinner for the first time, we were lovingly surprised. Let me tell you, the lamb was the best I have ever eaten in my life. High quality meat, preparation no less. My best compliments to all the staff. Your commitment and your passion ooze in every dish you bring out.

A very welcome surprise! A little place in the center of Teramo, very few places so reservations are required. Two menus of land with the possibility to choose between 4 or 8 courses. Surprising flavors, in a continuous alternation between tradition and innovation. All great! Really kind staff, professional and present service, but always discreet. A small note: the chef was a pupil of Romito di Villa Reale, but in my opinion, here the pupil has surpassed the Master.

Davvero consigliatissimo.
Small and intimate place in the center of Teramo. Two choices of tasting menus, 4 and 6 courses. Truly exquisite gourmet dishes and at the end of the dinner you will be super full. Staff of a unique kindness from every point of view, even in satisfying the customer's requests. Really highly recommended.

Fantastic experience from what we can now call friends. Excellent quality products, search for sublime flavors and unique courtesy in Teramo. As well as for 2 consecutive years in the MICHELIN GUIDE they deserve numerous other awards.

Good food but slow service. We waited 2 hours for two dishes (appetizer and main course). The food was tasty - albait the portions were tiny. But we the long wait spoiled it for us. Recommended only if you got time to spare, otherwise look elsewhere.

A highlight of our recent travels to Italy was a stop in Teramo in the Abruzzo region and dining at SPOON. Abruzzo is renowned for the fresh outdoors, for agriculture and wine making. SPOON was the perfect synthesis of those characteristics as translated into a most exceptional dining experience. Chef Mario Cozzi personally welcomed us at the door and presented his four-course menu, elegantly served in a small and delightful setting. He helped us select the perfect Trebbiano d’Abruzzo by the iconic winemaker Emidio Pepe, to compliment the creative and delicious meal. The burrata atop a luscious marinara buried in crispy pasta and drops of pesto ranks among the most memorable dishes ever. Teramo is set within view of the Gran Sasso and the Adriatic and the tastes of SPOON capture the culinary essence of this remarkable region of Italy. Mario Cozzi rightly deserves a Michelin star added to his gourmand status.
