★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Obwohl wir nun schon seit vielen Jahren zum Schinkenfest nach San Daniele fahren, haben wir 2018 das erste Mal das Il Platina gesehen und spontan aufgesucht.
Das Restaurant ist sehr idyllisch im Ort gelegen.
Aufgrund des Schinkenfestes war der ganze Garten voller Bierzeltgarnituren. Ich vermute aber stark, dass dort normalerweise schönere und bequemere Sitzgelegenheiten sind.
Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich und aufmerksam gewesen.
Wir haben nur Schinken und Melone gegessen und etwas getrunken (Aperol Spritz für 3 €, Wein für 2 €). Die anderen Gerichte sahen aber gut aus und sind laut Aussage der Leute am Nachbartisch auch lecker gewesen.
Sollten wir mal in San Daniele sein, wo kein Schinkenfest ist, steht dieses Restaurant ganz oben auf unserer Liste.
 Although we have been going to the ham festival in San Daniele for many years now, in 2018 we saw Il Platina for the first time and visited it spontaneously.
The restaurant is very idyllic located in the village.
Due to the ham festival, the whole garden was full of beer tent sets. But I strongly suspect that there are usually nicer and more comfortable seating.
The staff are all very friendly and attentive.
We only ate ham and melon and had a drink (Aperol Spritz for 3 €, wine for 2 €). The other dishes looked good and according to the people at the next table were also delicious.
If we are in San Daniele, where there is no ham party, this restaurant is at the top of our list.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È stata una incognita, ci siamo rivolti e scelto il loro servizio per il nostro matrimonio ad occhi chiusi.. Ed è stata la scelta migliore che potessimo prendere! Claudio e Raffaele sono gentili, amichevoli e ottimi cuochi con la capacità di gestire benissimo le tempistiche di un matrimonio . Il servizio è stato semplicemente memorabile! Super scelta al buffet di aperitivo a soddisfare i palati di tutti gli invitati, cena ottima con buoni vini di accompagnamento e varietà di dolci speciali!
It was an unknown factor, we turned and chose their service for our marriage with our eyes closed. And it was the best choice we could have taken! Claudio and Raffaele are kind, friendly and excellent cooks with the ability to manage the timing of a wedding very well. The service was simply memorable! Super choice at the aperitif buffet to satisfy the palates of all guests, excellent dinner with good accompanying wines and variety of special desserts!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho provato il servizio Catering (dato il periodo di covid) per un pranzo di pesce per 5 persone in casa.
2 antipasti con 6 variazioni complessive : eccellenti. Prodotti freschissimi e qualità superba.
Primo (bis di crespelle) e secondo (orata al bacon con patate) più nella norma e senza menzioni al merito, ma del resto la scelta era condizionata a qualcosa che potesse esser scaldato. Ogni pietanza era ben predisposta con etichetta con indicazioni chiarissime. In omaggio abbiamo ricevuto anche dei crostoli super fragranti. Costo adeguato, magari ripeteremo l'esperienza!
I tried the Catering service (given the covid period) for a fish lunch for 5 people in the house.
2 starters with 6 overall variations: excellent. Super fresh produce and superb quality.
First (bis of crepes) and second (sea bream with bacon with potatoes) more in the norm and without mention of merit, but the choice was conditioned on something that could be heated. Each dish was well prepared with a label with very clear indications. We also received super fragrant crostoli as a gift. Appropriate cost, maybe we will repeat the experience!

We have entrusted the Catering service of our wedding to Il Platina. All our correspondents appreciated the preparations but above all the dishes. From appetizers to desserts all delicious! The waiters are kind and attentive to the needs of the diners. Absolutely recommended !!
