Peccato che lo staff sia impreparato, distratto, scortese e disinformato relativamente alle normative vigenti.
Per di più, non rispetta il GDPR sulla Privacy e si dimostra altamente ignorante in campo legale e legislativo.
In questo caso, la qualità della pizza non è in grado di compensare l'arroganza e la presunzione del personale, che ha evidentemente dimenticato i valori dell'educazione e del rispetto del cliente.
Quando il cliente passa in secondo piano, il servizio dimezza il proprio valore. E questo è assolutamente intollerabile.
Very good pizza and pretty quick service.
Too bad that the staff is unprepared, inattentive, rude and uninformed regarding the regulations in force.
Furthermore, it does not comply with the GDPR on Privacy and is highly ignorant in the legal and legislative field.
In this case, the quality of the pizza is not able to compensate for the arrogance and presumption of the staff, who have evidently forgotten the values of education and respect for the customer.
When the customer takes a back seat, the service halves its value. And this is absolutely intolerable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono di passaggio a Carpi (8 dicembre ore 12:00 ) e decido guardando le recensioni di prenotare un tavolo per 4. Rimango molto stupito dalla gentilezza e cordialità del personale appena entrato ( non è scontato al giorno d'oggi ? ), ci fanno accomodare e sempre con riguardo ordiniamo. Servono prima i bambini ?con pizza già tagliata ? e sono ottime. Il locale è bello, pulito e credo che ci tornerò.
I am passing through Carpi (8 December at 12:00) and I decide looking at the reviews to book a table for 4. I am very amazed by the kindness and friendliness of the staff as soon as I entered (it is not taken for granted nowadays ?), they make us to accommodate and always with respect we order. The children are served first ? with pre-sliced pizza ? and they are excellent. The place is nice, clean and I think I'll be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing pizza!! If I could I would give more stars. A bit outside of city center but definitely worth a stroll to eat this delicious stuff and drink a beer or two! Staff is very friendly.
