Servizio da rivedere, impacciati e disorganizzati oltre che non aiutati da un fastidioso rumore del parquet della sala, all'ingresso. Ottima le materie prime, vasta scelta di ostriche anche se servite senza limone(richiesto) e distaccate dal legamento oltre che in coda a tutte le ordinazioni but OTTIME. Da rivedere la tostatura del pane dei cicchetti e meno piccanti per non rovinare il gusto delle altre pietanze, specie il crudo. Ottima anche la frittura, anche se, del corpo della seppia, poco o nulla, magari utilizzato per guarnire i cicchetti o preparare altri piatti?! Non posso mangiare solo teste fritte, seppur ben panate ed ottime. Di poca qualità la scelta sulla carta dei vini salvando i classici. Molto Caro nei prezzi che le materie prime sono già in casa. La strada dove ci si affaccia e moooolto trafficata e rumorosa. Conto non giustificato. Welcome in the norm and a lot of availability in the choice of seats. To review the toasting of the cicchetti bread and less spicy in order not to spoil the taste of the other dishes, especially the raw. Also excellent is the frying, even if little or nothing of the body of the cuttlefish, perhaps used to garnish the cicchetti or prepare other dishes ?! Le materie prime sono sicuramente di buona qualità ma la loro combinazione ed elaborazione non hanno ancora raggiunto una giusta sintesi. Più scena che sostanza. I prezzi sono disallineati rispetto all’esperienza proposta. Ottima la carta dei vini I gave an extra star for the professionalism, competence and kindness of the person in charge of the wine list. The raw materials are certainly of good quality but their combination and processing have not yet reached a correct synthesis. More scene than substance. Ordinato pesce crudo ed era veramente ottimo, tra ostriche, scampi e gamberi viola; come primo la fregola ed era super buona e come secondo l’ombrina, originale veramente! È un bistrot che fa cose particolari quindi chi vuole la semplicità forse ha sbagliato posto. Materia prima fresca e buona e lo chef sa usare i suoi prodotti. Anche i vini buoni con ampia scelta. Grazie!

A	Amer Daoudi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An amazing seafood restaurant, what a discovery, as fresh as it gets, selections of fantastic Oysters, the crudo selection is really delicious...and the fact that they have a fresh fish shop means you can't go wrong with your choices. Service is exquisite and the service is absolutely 7 stars....Marco is amazing and everyone is bilingual....the champagne and wine lists are really impressive. This is place we will back to often. Absolutely highly recommended.
