β β β β β Best choices in Rome, super good produce, for those ex pats wanting to escape same same Italian supermarket experiences - use a scooter though traffic is a 'mare. Extra star if they got more Anglo stuff (where o where is my vegemite)

β β β β β The so' called supermarket of the rich... House brand produce mediocre but over prized, good choice of everything top market, spacious location with parking & night service.
2 stars only because of 1 cashier & the way she, frustratingly, humiliated me, as she had to cancel some items of my shopping, because I was missing 10 euros (that I later found in front of my car door). She threaded me as if I did it in purpose and as if 8 was there to annoy her, more over on top, implying my lack of cash (nb my wallet open 3 credit, international cards pop out), wasn't appreciated here,or in other words, "you poor, can't afford to shop here". Paradox is that I went in to buy dog food but ended up buying summer fruits (my favorite). How much can it cost 1 peach??? ? Another paradox is that a km further there is night service discount, (no naming) where not only prices are half this one, personeel is "colored", very friendly & helpful (once I had 50 cents less of a bill that I paid in coins! They didn't bothered)...
However, if working that shift, makes you so' acid, then try to change that, I would say.
This time I let it be, as I was very tired & didn't want a discussion...but,not only because of Tha experience 8 will never go back at that Carrefour, but if 8 happen to shop & this cashier treats me the same (it's an attitude) even after I (always been), had treated her politely & friendly, I will give a piece of me.

β β β β β The store is wide. It can accomodate more customers than the usual supermarket. Lots of fresh products everyday. The price is a little bit high not too much. Plenty of different products to choose. Staffs are very much approachable.
