Unica critica: consiglio ai proprietari e allo chef più flessibilità. Abbiamo chiesto di assaggiare a pranzo il tagliere di formaggi presente nel menu della cena e ci è stato negato. Non ci sembrava una richiesta assurda... Yummy food, average prices. Highly recommended, even for those who are not vegan / vegetarian. Only criticism: I recommend to the owners and the chef more flexibility. We asked to taste the cheese platter on the dinner menu for lunch and we were refused. It didn't seem like an absurd request ...

Stessa cosa per le crocche di patate del piatto Wagner che erano anche intrise d'olio. L'involucro (credo pasta fillo) del chili era duro ai lati e mollissimo tutto il resto tanto da risultare stucchevole, infatti portato via per gratinarlo a casa. Il locale è carino ed accogliente, il ragazzo che ci ha serviti molto gentile. Falafel too fried, so as to be very hard and dry (too bad because the taste was good). Same thing for the potato crunches of the Wagner dish which were also soaked in oil. The wrapper (I think phyllo dough) of the chili was hard on the sides and very soft all the rest so as to be cloying, in fact taken away to brown it at home. The place is nice and welcoming, the guy who served us very kind.

La struttura, nel pieno centro di Casale, offre un ambiente intimo ed elegante, senza essere pretenzioso, il personale è alla mano e gentile, pronto a spiegare anche le caratteristiche dei vari piatti, la cucina è totalmente vegana, ma non fa assolutamente rimpiangere quella classica, i piatti sono curati e frutto di una ricerca continua, che spinge a modificare il menù e a migliorare piatti già esistenti, il massimo lo dà nelle creme, nei dolci, proprio quelli che generalmente sono i punti deboli di questa cucina. C'è anche un'ottima selezione di vini del territorio e di birre artigianali, pronte a soddisfare praticamente ogni palato. Assolutamente da provare anche per i più scettici! È sempre una bellissima esperienza. I have been coming here since the opening, towards the end of 2019, it is a fantastic place, a must to try for those who are vegan but also for those who are not and want to understand what this cuisine can offer. The structure, in the heart of Casale, offers an intimate and elegant environment, without being pretentious, the staff is easy-going and kind, ready to explain the characteristics of the various dishes, the cuisine is totally vegan, but it absolutely does not regret that. classic, the dishes are treated and the result of continuous research, which pushes to modify the menu and improve existing dishes, the best is given in creams, desserts, just those that are generally the weak points of this cuisine. There is also an excellent selection of local wines and craft beers, ready to satisfy virtually any palate. Absolutely to try even for the most skeptical! It is always a great experience.

f	francesca funari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and cosy place for a date! Awesome choice of local and craft beers. The food is delicious, regional recipes vegan style to allow non meat-eaters to have a taste of the original Piemontese cuisine! I really enjoyed my meal, highly suggested!
A	Andy B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A waste of money. I wanted to try this place for a long time and after reading the amazing reviews I was convinced. Disappointing under every point of view. Food too banal and store bought. Nothing groundbreaking and too overestimated. The portions are ridiculously small and way too overpriced. The overall quality of it is ok but also bland. I was shocked to see the value for money you get here. Definitely NOT worth the price. To top it all off, our waitress was very distracted and inattentive. We weren't social distanced and no one checked our Covid certifications. The only good note I would point of out of this place is the decor of it, too bad the door wasn't closing and a draft was coming through. I won't be back for sure.
