Adoro il Senatore Cappelli e la pagnotta alle patate. Brioches e dolcetti ottimi. For me in Brescia there is no better bread. A wide choice of fragrant and fragrant products. Variety of flours used. La si vede in tutto, a partire dalla lievitazione incredibile e dalle caratteristiche peculiari dei vari tipi di pane. Crosta croccante, mollica umida, profumata e vaporosa. Strepitose le focacce e le pizze, ma anche i panini alle noci, alle olive ed al formaggio. Prezzi alti, ma giustificati. Everything you find in this exceptional bakery is of the highest quality. You can see it in everything, starting with the incredible leavening and the peculiar characteristics of the various types of bread. Crunchy crust, moist, fragrant and fluffy crumb. The focaccias and pizzas are amazing, but also the sandwiches with walnuts, olives and cheese. High prices, but justified.
