10 stars if I could. I took a watch to be repaired, in 10 minutes and for free (it was just an adjustment) they solved the problem with a now unknown kindness. Congratulations indeed, I'll be back!

Alla prima vistia per acquisto Panerai offrono prezzo finale 6.000€ da listino 6.700€.
Al ritorno con l'acconto per l'acquisto rimangiano la parola non offrendolo a meno di 6.500€ per di più dicendo che Panerai non consegna orologi.
Supponenza ed arroganza del commesso (uomo e con gli occhiali).
Mai visto un comportamento così vergognosamente cafone. Per me sono modi da venditore sacchetti per la raccolta di deiezioni canine.
Sicuramente loro stanno bene senza di me, ma io starò molto più bene lontano da loro.
Edit: a mia lamentela scritta via mail non è seguita nessuna risposta, se non la scusa qui sotto, cosa che rende ancora più avvilente l'esperienza.
Se cercate tra le mai, in data 21 marzo, avrete possiblità di fornire le vostre risposte.
