Personalmente nella pizza che ho ordinato mancavano due ingredienti.... ps: ero L unico cliente al momento dell ordine quindi nemmeno si può dire che nella confusione si siano dimenticati.... davvero poco professionali, rapporto qualità-prezzo sbilanciato. Che dire personale gentile, si trova un po' di tutto dai primi si secondi dalle pizze alla tavola calda. 4 persone 30€ We were passing by and driven by hunger and the number of parked cars we decided to stop too. Assaggio i bocconcini di pitta 'mpigliata e mi ritrovo catapultato lontano in quella meravigliosa terra della Sila dove i sapori della cibo, della cultura e della gente sono ancora autentici e sinceri. Leggo tutti questi ingredienti semplici e genuini e mi dispiaccio per tutte quelle generazioni rovinate dal Mulino Bianco. Assaporo la frolla, le noci, l'uvetta e mi commuovo pensando a quanto poco basti per sfornare piccole gemme, e mi commuovo pensando a quanto era buona, semplice e sana la vita dei nostri genitori e nonni. Sono sicuro che ci sono molte altre aziende così ma ora ho incontrato i Fratelli Mancina e quindi oggi i miei ringraziamenti vanno a loro, senza però dimenticare tutti gli altri che lavorano con altrettanta passione. Quando sarò in zona potrò finalmente assaggiare i vostri prodotti appena sfornati. It is a sign of destiny to have accidentally found the products of a small, large local company in a distant city like Florence. I am sure there are many other companies like this but now I have met the Mancina Brothers and therefore today my thanks go to them, without forgetting all the others who work with equal passion.
