Ma il ristorante assolutamente da evitare. Lo spezzatino immangiabile. L odore nauseabondo e il sapore peggio!
Mi meraviglio come possono presentare certi piatti agli avventori.
Consiglio; cambiate cuoco ! In questo modo secondo me ne viene a soffrire anche la rivendita di carne

Dopo cena riconfermo il mio giudizio le parole non rendono giustizia a queste magnifiche pietanze ottimo ho cotto il tramezzino sulla pietra lavica su consiglio di Emanuele ottimo niente da dire qualità eccellente
Rinnovo i miei complimenti allo staff di tallone...i ragazzi nonostante il mio irrispettoso ritardo non si sono fatti intimorire dall'orario e mi hanno servito calorosamente come ogni volta... purtroppo non era più disponibile la carne del banco macelleria ma ci siamo fatti comunque conquistare dalle squisite pietanze confezionate altrettanto ottime...come sempre Emanuele e i suoi colleghi gentili e professionali mi hanno aiutato nella scelta delle pietanze e come previsto si è dimostrata una scelta vincente

Dalla pulizia del bancone e degli utensili, alla disposizione dei tagli, sempre in ordine e con l'indicazione chiarissima;
alla vetrina dei pezzi preconfezionati sotto vuoto e ancora,
agli scaffali dei prodotti tipici.
Il personale è affabile e paziente.

The quality of the meat is exceptional: I have never found a butcher with such a high standard.
From cleaning the counter and utensils, to the arrangement of the cuts, always in order and with very clear indications;
to the showcase of pre-packaged pieces under vacuum and again,
to the shelves of typical products.
The staff are personable and patient.
Recommended!!
