Hanno così tanti clienti da permettersi modi poco gentili persino con un vecchio cliente, nel mio caso. Personale cortese e disponibile, consiglio di prenotare con largo anticipo per ridurre i tempi di attesa. Ottima carne cotta alla brace, le bombette si acquistano su spiega da 15 pezzi. Mi è piaciuto molto il capocollo arrosto. Prezzi contenuti ed alta qualità delle materie prime. I tavoli sono all’esterno. Risto butcher on the Savelletri seafront, pedestrian area. Friendly and helpful staff, I recommend booking well in advance to reduce waiting times. Excellent meat cooked on the grill, the bombette can be bought on explains of 15 pieces. Ci sono stato ad Agosto 2 volte e nonostante il locale era pienissimo il servizio e tempi di attesa sono stati buoni. Da provare le gnumirelle pugliesi, bombette e tagliata. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Excellent Butcher with Ready Cooker, where you can eat first quality grilled meat sitting at the table (restaurant service). I've been there 2 times in August and despite the place was very full the service and waiting times were good. Try the Apulian gnumirelle, bombette and tagliata. Excellent value for money.
M	Marco R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solo la location basterebbe a far la fortuna di un qualsiasi locale: area pedonale sul lungomare di Savelletri, a pochi metri dagli scogli e ben distante dal trambusto del traffico. Se a questo aggiungiamo del buon cibo, beh la Braceria Sabatelli è il posto ideale dove trascorrere una piacevole serata estiva e gustare della buona carne arrosto in compagnia e all'aria aperta. Per le giornate ventose invece, c'è la possibilità di sedersi nella saletta interna (oltre che al take away). Il menù è prevalentemente a base di carne (ma è possibile ordinare altro, come insalate e stuzzicherie varie) e il servizio è rapido e cortese. Consiglio gli spiedini (7€), in particolare quelli di bombette, diaframma e alette di pollo. Per non parlare del capocollo arrosto (8€), davvero ottimo. Consiglio anche di prenotare: la braceria è molto accorsata e non è facile trovare un tavolo se non si gioca d'anticipo, soprattutto a ridosso del weekend. I prezzi, poi, sono davvero alla portata di tutti. Esperienza soddisfacente! The menu is mainly based on meat (but you can order something else, such as salads and various appetizers) and the service is quick and courteous. I recommend the skewers (€ 7), especially those of bowler, diaphragm and chicken wings. Not to mention the roast capocollo (8 €), really excellent. I also recommend booking: the steakhouse is very busy and it is not easy to find a table if you do not play in advance, especially close to the weekend. The prices, then, are really within everyone's reach. Satisfying experience!

Ci si deve prenotare prima altrimenti si rischia di non trovare posto.I prezzi sono economici, una tagliata di manzo con rucola e grana sui 10 euro . Da tornare assolutamente.
