E, infine, la carne: qualità e preparazione magnifiche, tra le migliori che abbia assaggiato! Decisamente consigliato, sotto tutti i punti di vista!
All expectations exceeded, starting with the staff: extremely exquisite and easy-going people! Impeccable service: despite the lack of staff due to the difficulties related to the virus, we were served efficiently and kindly. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nel corso principale del paesino, location pulita e discreta. Belli i posti all'aperto sul balcone. Ottimi i salumi dal sapore nostrano, anche la carne veramente ben lavorata e cotta. Servizio cortese, discreto e celere. Ci tornerò sicuramente.
In the main street of the village, clean and discreet location. Nice outdoor seats on the balcony. The cold cuts with a local flavor are excellent, also the meat really well worked and cooked. Courteous, discreet and fast service. I will definitely be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location carina nel centro storico di Cisternino, con posti all'interno, all'esterno ma quelli più belli nella balconata, buona quantità di scelta sia nei vini che nella carne, carne ottima, da migliorare qualcosa nella cottura al sangue ma comunque di qualità, ottima zampina, tagliata e pancetta, la differenza tra le bombette non si notava molto l'un dall'altra per il sapore delicato ma molto buone, l'unica pecca la scelta dei vini.

Nice location in the historic center of Cisternino, with seats inside, outside but the most beautiful ones on the balcony, good amount of choice in both wines and meat, excellent meat, something to be improved in cooking rare but still of quality, excellent paw, sliced and bacon, the difference between the bowls was not very noticeable from each other for the delicate flavor but very good, the only flaw is the choice of wines.
