★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Forse da fuori non sembra, ma dentro ci sono prodotti di altissima pasticceria.....dalla colazione ai dessert...e anziché portare un classico souvenir...ho portato ai miei amici più cari un vassoio assortito della loro pasticceria. Sei stelle alla torta al pistacchio....da provare assolutamente!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In questo bar pasticceria nel centro di Cisternino abbiamo trovato le mandorle zuccherate più buone della Valle d’Itria. Qualità/prezzo buono e gustosità impagabile.
Consiglio sacchetti da 200grammi come souvenir insieme ai taralli o comunque al posto di gadget ceramicosi.
Le mandorle zuccherate sono tipiche delle regioni del sud ( Sicilia, Calabria e Puglia appunto) terre ricche di mandorleti in passato sopratutto.
Si preparano anche a casa in poco tempo e l’unica cosa importante è capire il momento giusto per spegnere il fuoco, perchè una cottura prolungata farebbe sciogliere nuovamente lo zucchero, portandolo alla caramellizzazione..insomma se passate da Cisternino meglio comprarle in questa pasticceria :)
In this pastry bar in the center of Cisternino we found the best sweetened almonds in the Itria Valley. Good quality / price and priceless taste.
I recommend bags of 200grams as a souvenir together with taralli or in any case instead of ceramic gadgets.
The sweetened almonds are typical of the southern regions (Sicily, Calabria and Puglia) lands rich in almond trees in the past above all.
They are also prepared at home in a short time and the only important thing is to understand the right time to turn off the fire, because prolonged cooking would melt the sugar again, bringing it to caramelization ... in short, if you go to Cisternino, it is better to buy them in this pastry shop: )
