Sono stato trattato benissimo, e il loro servizio di Post Vendita, ti accompagna fino al rogito in completa serenità.
Silvia si è dimostrata davvero all’altezza nel gestire le diverse problematiche venutesi a creare.
Io mi sono completamente affidato sia al loro Tecnico che Notaio di fiducia, e devo dire che mi sono trovato benissimo.
Consiglio a tutti di acquistare e/o vendere casa con l’agenzia come il Mattone.

I was treated very well, and their After Sales service accompanies you up to the deed in complete serenity.
Silvia proved to be really up to par in managing the various problems that arose.
I have completely entrusted myself to both their trusted technician and notary, and I must say that I had a great time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agenzia composta da persone, A MIO PARERE, altamente incompetenti.
Per ottenere il mutuo, sono stato consigliato (quasi OBBLIGATO) ad usufruire di una consulente finanziaria, che si è rivelata, oltre che molto costosa, totalmente inutile.
Una volta che hanno ottenuto la vendita non sono più stato seguito e NESSUN componente dell'agenzia si è presentato all'atto di vendita (compreso il geometra, consigliato dall'agenzia).
SCONSIGLIATISSIMA.
Agency made up of highly incompetent people, IN MY OPINION.
To get the loan, I was advised (almost REQUIRED) to take advantage of a financial consultant, who proved to be, in addition to being very expensive, totally useless.
Once they got the sale I was no longer followed and NO member of the agency showed up at the deed of sale (including the surveyor, recommended by the agency).
NOT RECOMMENDED.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho ricevuto una telefonata da parte di quest' agenzia che conosceva il luogo dove abitavo, il mio nome ed il numero di telefono. Chiamano perché "ho appena venduto una casa nella tua zona, sai che venduta una ne vendo subito altre 2?". Non so dove abbiano preso i miei dati e trovo questo metodo fastidioso ed ai limiti della legalità. Anche se avessi bisogno non mi rivolgerei a questa agenzia.
Escludo che al catasto pubblico ci sia il mio numero di telefono privato... Comunque in risposta ad altre recensioni dite di chiamare oltre 500 abitanti al giorno, avete appena venduto una casa anche vicino a casa loro? Spero che vostre risposte passivo aggressive valgano per gli acquirenti più delle recensioni.
I received a phone call from this agency who knew the place where I lived, my name and phone number. They call because "I have just sold a house in your area, you know you sold one I sell it immediately 2?" I don't know where they took my data and find this annoying method and the limits of legality. Even if I needed I would not address this agency.
I exclude that at the public land register there is my private phone number ... however in response to other reviews Tenders to call over 500 inhabitants per day, have you just sold a house near their home? I hope your aggressive passive feedback is valid for buyers more than the reviews.

L'accoglienza, la gentilezza e la disponibilità fin dalla prima visita ci hanno convinto che eravamo in buone mani.
Quando abbiamo deciso di procedere con l'acquisto, ci hanno preso letteralmente per mano ed accompagnato passo passo ogni giorno. Sì, ogni giorno ci aggiornavamo.
La titolare e, come lei, le dipendenti ci hanno seguito con pazienza e soprattutto con professionalità, cosa che oggi spesso manca in molti professionisti.
Quindi dobbiamo dire grazie a Selene, Giulia e Silvia!!!
