c	carlo cirillo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Locale stupendo, carne eccezionale e prezzi onesti. Ringrazio la cucina per aver servito piatti gluten free a mia figlia celiaca. Il ristorante non è in tabella AIC ma sono super attrezzati ( dalla pasta al pane) per chi è celiaca. Grazie

Menù degustazione ottimo perché si ha la possibilità di assaggiare tutte le specialità del posto. Personale sempre gentile e preparato. Proprietario top! It always feels good there. Second year in a row that we come back in both summer and winter. Excellent tasting menu because you have the opportunity to taste all the specialties of the place. Staff always polite and prepared. M	Massi Macii on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ...cenato ieri sera...abbiamo prenotato 2 settimane prima xchè dava sempre pieno...concordato il menù a 50€ già alla telefonata di prenotazione...servizio rapidissimo...appena arriviamo acqua e vino sono già sulla tavola e dopo pochi minuti arrivano i 7 antipasti...lì abbiamo spazzolati...tutti buonissimi soprattutto il burro del chianti (già assaggiato dal Cecchini all'Officina della bistecca) e la tartare...paccheri al ragù, piatto casereccio davvero molto saporito e ci stava da dio...poi altre 4 portate di carne e contorni...menzione per la tagliata ? e il manzo a bassa cottura...dolce della casa, caffè vini amari a volontà...50€...mangiato molto bene...speso il giusto ... had dinner last night ... we booked 2 weeks before because it was always full ... agreed the menu at € 50 already on the booking call ... very fast service ... as soon as we arrive water and wine are already on the table and after a few minutes the 7 appetizers arrive ... there we brushed ... all very good especially the chianti butter (already tasted by Cecchini at the steak workshop) and the tartare ... paccheri with meat sauce, very tasty homemade dish and there was a god ... then another 4 courses of meat and side dishes ... mention for the tagliata ? and the low-cooked beef ... dessert of the house, coffee, bitter wines at will ... 50 € ... eaten very well ... spent the right amount

Cucina eccezionale (ho mangiato anche la trippa che solitamente non assaggio mai) e location molto curata! Cortesia e attenzione anche dello staff di sala. Beautiful place on the Bolgherese road, ub tasting menu for everyone, rich and yummy! Exceptional cuisine (I also ate tripe which I usually never taste) and a well-kept location! N	Nadia Pattaro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ieri sera (27.04.22) abbiamo cenato a “Il Macello di Bolgheri”. Eravamo in due e abbiamo preso due menù degustazione. Speravamo di assaporare piatti tipici della cucina Toscana e le nostre aspettative non sono state certo deluse. Dall’antipasto al dolce, abbiamo assaporato e apprezzato ogni singola portata, una goduria per il palato tanto quanto per gli occhi. Arrivati ai secondi eravamo già decisamente sazi e perciò abbiamo chiesto di portare via gli avanzi. Ogni boccone è stato un’esplosione di sapori inaspettati e incredibili. Consistenze diverse (alcuni pezzi di carne si scioglievano in bocca come burro) e una grande varietà di pietanze (calde, fredde, tiepide). Atmosfera e servizio impeccabile e personale cortese. Unica nota negativa, non ci hanno servito l’ultima portata del menù (Grappa/Amaro) e noi siamo stati troppo timidi e imbarazzati per domandare. Per il resto TOP! Last night (04.27.22) we had dinner at “Il Macello di Bolgheri”. There were two of us and we took two tasting menus. We were hoping to taste typical Tuscan dishes and our expectations were certainly not disappointed. From appetizer to dessert, we tasted and appreciated every single course, a pleasure for the palate as much as for the eyes. When we arrived at the latter we were already very full and therefore we asked to take away the leftovers. Each bite was an explosion of unexpected and incredible flavors. Different textures (some pieces of meat melted in the mouth like butter) and a great variety of dishes (hot, cold, lukewarm). Impeccable atmosphere and service and courteous staff. The only negative note, we were not served the last course of the menu (Grappa / Amaro) and we were too shy and embarrassed to ask. For the rest TOP!

New place, classy furnishings and good taste, fast service, polite and prepared staff, varied menu with different specialties, excellent wine list.

Menù bilanciato (e comprensivo di tutto: bevande, caffè e amaro inclusi) e con ingredienti di qualità. Ottimo servizio e locale molto bello e caratteristico della zona. Tutto quello che abbiamo provato era davvero buonissimo. Elogio speciale per il peposo.
