Although it does not host particular works of art, the small church of Saints Giacomo and Cristiano in Bolgheri, in Piazza Teresa, is still suggestive to visit and dates back to 1902.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La sua posizione rispetto al flusso dei visitatori invita i più curiosi ad entrare sebbene la facciata sia piuttosto semplice e spoglia. All'interno nulla che non sia funzionale al culto.
Its position with respect to the flow of visitors invites the most curious to enter although the facade is rather simple and bare. Nothing inside that is not functional to the cult.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La chiesetta è molto antica ma è stata più volte rimaneggiata, deve l'aspetto attuale al discutibile restauro del 1902. Purtroppo durante la mia visita, all'interno c'erano dei lavori e non ho potuto soffermarmi. Comunque interessante e merita senz'altro una visita.
The church is very old but has been remodeled several times, it owes its current appearance to the questionable restoration of 1902. Unfortunately, during my visit, there was some work inside and I could not linger. Still interesting and definitely worth a visit.
