Dopo esserci stato ho capito perche': vasta scelta, prodotti di qualita' (con molte scelte 'ricercate' che non si trovano nella grande distribuzione) e personale disponibile! Ora che so che hanno anche un negozio online lo considerero' sicuramente per i regali futuri. Quando il bambino, che ancora crede a Babbo Natale, ha aperto il regalo, una ruota non era stata affissata. Ma non solo, mancavano proprio il cerchio e la boccola per poter affissare la ruota. E quindi, il bambino non ha potuto andare con il trattore. È rimasto deluso, ha chiedersi perche Babbo Natale avrebbe fatto questo proprio a lui... Ho inviato una mail urgente e mi hanno inviato via posta, dopo qualche giorno, il solo cerchio, senza la boccola per affissare la ruota. Abbiamo dovuto portare il trattore nuovo in officina davvero, per trovate una soluzione alla ruota e permettere al bambino finalmente di godersi il regalo.
