★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo deciso di mangiare una pizza giovedì 13 agosto alla pizzeria Il Gallo "Nuova Gestione" sedendoci nei tavolini posti sotto l'ala: ci attirava la possibilità di mangiare fuori in una location insolita e particolare. Si è subito presentata la cameriera che ci ha preparato il tavolo poggiando tre tovagliette di carta e le posate avvolte in un tovagliolo sul tavolo ancora sporco del cibo dei precedenti clienti (le tovagliette hanno anche assorbito il liquido presente sul tavolo!) GULP!!! Alla nostra osservazione che il tavolo doveva essere pulito prima di posizionare le tovagliette la cameriera si è girata e si è allontanata. Non avendo capito se avesse compreso la richiesta abbiamo richiesto esplicitamente la pulizia del tavolo e il posizionamento di una tovaglia (come tra l'altro presente sugli altri tavoli) e la cameriera ha risposto: "sono sola....appena ho tempo altrimenti vada pure!". Abbiamo seguito il suo consiglio: siamo andati via. Se questi sono i presupposti della Nuova Gestione ...auguri!
We decided to eat a pizza Thursday, August 13 at the pizzeria Il Gallo "Nuova Gestione" sitting in the tables under the wing: we were attracted by the possibility of eating out in an unusual and particular location. He immediately made the waitress who prepared the table, placing three paper napkins and cutlery wrapped it in a napkin on the table still dirty from previous guests food (placemats also have absorbed the liquid present on the table!) GULP !!! At our observation that the table had to be cleaned before placing the placemats the waitress turned and walked away. Not having understood if he had understood the request, we explicitly requested the cleaning of the table and the placement of a tablecloth (as among other present on the other tables) and the waitress replied: "I am alone .... as soon as I have time otherwise I go mashed potato!". We followed his advice: we left. If these are the prerequisites of the New Management ... wishes!
