Alex e lo staff poi usano prodotti freschi e di prima qualità, continuando ogni giorno a migliorarsi per fare sempre meglio anche attraverso i tanti corsi specializzati che fanno. Il posto e di media grandezza, sviluppato su due piani (meglio prenotare soprattutto in questo periodo di covid), il personale educato e gentile, e i prezzi sono assolutamente ottimi, sopratutto considerando la qualità. Assolutamente da provare, e ritornare! A small but unique pearl in Piossasco, we are in Cuneo, about 70 km away, but when we pass through Piossasco it is a must, I have never eaten better pinza! Nonostante abbia preso la pizza senza mozzarella non rimane asciutta come tante altre . Personale gentile . I got a take out pizza. Ottima qualità degli ingredienti. Abbinamenti interessanti. Una particolarità…se togliete un ingrediente dalla pizza, ve lo scalano dal conto. Come si fa quando si aggiunge! Mai visto. Onestà. Ne abbiamo portata a casa una metà ed il giorno dopo riscaldata era come fosse appena fatta. Bravissimi! In più…costi onestissimi, vi sorprenderanno. Unico consiglio: prenotate con molti giorni di anticipo perché i posti sono davvero limitati, ma vale la pena aspettare. continuate cosi! ??? La pinsa è buonissima, l'impasto è leggero e fragrante, ottimo anche senza condimento. La qualità dei prodotti è veramente estasiante... L'insieme di tutto è super ottimo.
