Era da ragazzo negli anni '90 che non frequentavo il locale, e devo dire che siamo invecchiati bene: il Gabbiano, pur con gli stessi arredi di un tempo, risulta caldo ed accogliente, e un'acustica che consente il dialogo con moglie e figlia, malgrado l'abbondante affluenza. Il servizio, effettuato in modo piuttosto formale e signorile da un giovanotto (credo il figlio del titolare) sveglio e serio, è stato molto apprezzato. Le pizze ottime per qualità degli ingredienti e consistenza della pasta, mentre i profiteroles scarsi (solo 2) e non freschissimi, ma comunque mangiabili, buono il caffè. Non faremo passare altri trent'anni per tornarci...A presto. chilly, damp evening to Tuesday, January 4, and, now near a deserted "Salice Terme", we decide to refresh ourselves at the Seagull. He was a boy in the 90s who did not frequent the place, and I must say that we are aged well: The Seagull, even with the same decor of yesteryear, is warm and welcoming, and acoustics that enables the dialogue with his wife and daughter despite the abundant turnout. The service, in a rather formal and stately by a young man (I think the son of the owner) awake and seriously, it was much appreciated. The pizzas for quality ingredients and consistency of the dough, while the profiteroles scarce (only 2) and not the freshest, but still edible, good coffee. We will not spend another thirty years to come back ... soon.
