Posto molto confortevole, personale molto professionale, gentile e cortese. Unica pecca il "PADRONE" come si definisce il proprietario, persona molto urticante arrogante e scorretto. "Abbiamo assistito ad un richiamo fatto ad una collaboratrice per futili motivi senza curarsi dei clienti predenti. "IL PADRONE" ha usato modi e toni inadeguati ed esagerati per una piccola dimenticanza della dipendente senza valutare che la stessa dalle prime ore della mattina aveva dato retta e curato egregiamente tutte le richieste dei clienti presenti e aveva giΓ  portato a compimento tutto il lavoro assegnatogli. Un dipendente non si mortifica davanti alla clientela, semmai si chiama in privato in ufficio e si discute del problema sempre senza mortificare. Alle mie giuste rimostranze in merito all' accaduto, il proprietario si Γ¨ giustificato "Sono il padrone di tutto questo Γ¨ avrΓ² ben il diritto di rimproverare chi voglio e come voglio" assumendo da subito un atteggiamento di sfida e invitandomi a farmi i c.... miei altrimenti ne avrebbe avuto anche per me. Conclusione posto e personale da consigliare, gestione/proprietario fuori da ogni logica (anche ai tempi di zio Benito). Grazie della possibilitΓ  che mi avete dato di rendere noto l'accaduto.
Very comfortable place, very professional, kind and courteous staff. The only flaw is the "MASTER" as the owner defines himself, a very stinging, arrogant and incorrect person. "We witnessed a call made to a collaborator for futile reasons without caring about predicting customers." THE MASTER "used inadequate and exaggerated ways and tones due to a small forgetfulness of the employee without evaluating that she had listened to her from the early hours of the morning and looked after all the requests of the customers present very well and had already completed all the work assigned to him. An employee does not mortify himself in front of the customers, if anything he calls in private to the office and always discusses the problem without mortifying. about what happened, the owner justified himself "I am the master of all this and I will have the right to scold whoever I want and how I want" by immediately assuming an attitude of challenge and inviting me to do my ... he would have had for me too Conclusion place and staff to recommend, management / owner beyond all logic (even in the days of Uncle Benito). Thank you for the opportunity you gave me to make known what happened.

Staff was okay, breakfast was acceptable rooms were good for one nights stay, you get what you pay for and for that price absolutely worth it.

Had dinner here and whilst the food was okay the service was terrible. Took over an hour for orders to be taken and then over the next two hours orders randomly appeared for people. Maybe it was a bad night in the kitchen but I wouldn't recommend.

Overall is not good hotel here is why:- No air conditioning No WiFi in the rooms Darker rooms Mosquito in the lobby Dinner food not so good The toilet flusher wasn’t working properly The hotel is run like we are in 1940s & 1950s era They have zero customer service etiquette they don’t understand the meaning of customer rights I am amazed how they are running a hotel. One of the staff( man) were very rude to us, he wanted to charge us 3 nights of food that we didn’t eat. after we refused to pay he shouted at us in the presence of other customers which is uncalled for. We refused to speak to him and requested the manager to come. When they saw we were right they apologized to us and said the heat got to him. Absolutely not good enough their computer system should be up to date and automatically should reveal we didn’t eat at their hotel 3 nights. They should not relay on the customer to inform them and when we do argue with us. Don’t waste your money at this place go to park hotel which is 1000 times better it’s only 400m from salus hotel.
