Arrosticini da assaggiare assolutamente ma il pezzo forte sono i primi, amatriciana e gricia hanno il podio assoluto (specie la gricia tartufata) . Ora anche la novità dei calzoni ripieni da provare. Consigliato . Excellent place near Guidonia. Local that does not excel in size but in quality. Arrosticini to be tasted absolutely but the highlight are the first, amatriciana and gricia have the absolute podium (especially the gricia tartufata). Il personale è molto gentile e professionale, ma è il proprietario il pezzo forte del posto : simpatico, cordiale e pronto a dimostrare la passione per quello che prepara e l'entusiasmo quando per questo riceve complimenti. Abbiamo mangiato un antipasto e primo con l'aggiunta di un piatto particolare,il casú, un calzoncino ripieno di mortadella e mozzarella davvero strepitoso! Consiglio di provare questo posto assolutamente e da li sono sicura che come noi non vedrete l'ora di tornarci!! Very pleasant experience !!!
