Menù a base di pizza e arrosticini; antipasti bruschetta con melanzane, supplì misti e botto ( una specie di gnocco fritto) al culatello appena sufficiente, capricciosa ben condita ma troppo troppo fina e leggermente bruciata, arrosticini decisamente migliori. Cameriere disponibili ma servizio troppo lento tra una portata ed un'altra nonostante i pochi tavoli occupati. Conto onesto Voto 6-- First time in this traditional restaurant in Guidonia. Menu based on pizza and kebabs; appetizers bruschetta with aubergines, mixed supplì and bang (a kind of fried dumpling) with just enough culatello, capricciosa well seasoned but too thin and slightly burnt, much better kebabs. The waitresses are available but the service is too slow between courses despite the few tables occupied. Honest Account Rating 6--

Siamo un gruppo di 30 persone e abbiamo prenotato per una cena aziendale. Spesso sono dei dettagli a rovinare le portate, basterebbe una piccola attenzione in più per alzare notevolmente il livello dei piatti. Alcuni fritti sono arrivati freddi, non cattivi ma semplicemente già raffreddati una volta in tavola. Il vino della casa è davvero pessimo, penso il peggiore che io abbia mai bevuto, certo non ci si aspetta il vino dell'anno quanto si ordina una caraffa di rosso ma questo era imbevibile. I primi sono arrivati quasi due ore dopo l'ordinazione. Carbonara decente, non ottima sicuramente, porzione scarsa e pasta scotta. Cacio e pepe asciutta e scarsa anche questa in quantità, qualità della pasta da discount. Il pane ci è arrivato dopo la pasta. Abbiamo provato ad ordinare la carne ma non ce n'era per tutti, abbiamo rinunciato. Per i prezzi che si pagano ci si aspetta sicuramente qualcosa di più. The lady who served us is friendly and welcomed us well but the quality of the cuisine leaves something to be desired. We are a group of 30 and have booked for a company dinner. Often it is details that spoil the dishes, a little extra attention would be enough to significantly raise the level of the dishes. Some fried food arrived cold, not bad but simply already cooled once on the table. The house wine is really bad, I think the worst I've ever drunk, certainly you don't expect the wine of the year as much as you order a carafe of red but this was undrinkable. The starters arrived almost two hours after ordering. Decent carbonara, definitely not excellent, poor portion and overcooked pasta. Dry cheese and pepper and this too is scarce in quantity, discount pasta quality. The bread came to us after the pasta. We tried to order the meat but there wasn't enough for everyone, we gave up. For the prices you pay, you certainly expect something more.

Anche il prezzo è stato onesto. Qualità prezzo pizzeria molto consigliata . Local near Guidonia. Good and special appetizers with a wide choice on the menu. The real strength I found in the strictly wood-fired pizza. The price was also fair. Price quality pizzeria highly recommended.
