★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi ci alleno da 3 anni, purtroppo c'è da fare molta manutenzione. Ha un potenziale enorme ed è arrivato il momento di investire. Alcuni attrezzi della sala pesi iniziano a sentire il peso dell'età, come il sistema di aria condizionata in sala, non si respira. La piscina ha avuto un crollo del controsoffitto, ed è stato lasciato così per tutta la stagione. Gli spogliatoi sono buoni ma rivediamo il pagamento delle docce magari, unici a pagamento in zona. Ottimo che apre presto la mattina, alle 8, ed il personale è sempre cortese e preparato, meriterebbe un'infrastruttura decente dove operare. Coraggio, investite!!
 I have been training for 3 years, unfortunately there is a lot of maintenance to do. It has enormous potential and the time has come to invest. Some weight room tools start to feel the weight of age, like the air conditioning system in the room, you can't breathe. The swimming pool had a drop in the suspended ceiling, and was left so throughout the season. The changing rooms are good but let's review the payment of the showers maybe, the only ones paying in the area. Excellent that opens early in the morning, at 8, and the staff is always courteous and prepared, deserves a decent infrastructure to operate. Courage, invest!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sala pesi piccolina, poco arieggiata e da rinnovare quasi completamente in termini di macchine ed altri attrezzi.
Spogliatoi abbastanza datati con le docce (nel 2021) ancora a pagamento.
Diciamo che qualità/prezzo, in zona, da quello che sto vedendo, visto che sono nuovo, c'è molto di meglio sia in termini di struttura che di servizi.
Small weight room, not very airy and to be almost completely renovated in terms of machines and other tools.
Fairly dated changing rooms with showers (in 2021) still for a fee.
Let's say that quality / price, in the area, from what I am seeing, since I am new, there is much better both in terms of structure and services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo centro sportivo nel cuore di guidonia, personale gentile e disponibile attrezzi della paleatra buoni, molto utile per la piscina e per cho vuole fare nuoto libero nelle ore serali. Nessuna pecca, necessaria prenotazione per le varie attività a causa del covid e direi che visti i tempi ci sta tutto. Ottimo per me consigliato.
Excellent sports center in the heart of Guidonia, friendly and helpful staff, good gym equipment, very useful for the swimming pool and for those who want to swim free in the evening hours. No flaws, booking required for the various activities due to the covid and I would say that given the times there is everything. Great for me recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avrei voluto iscrivermi durante la gravidanza ma non me lo hanno permesso nonostante un regolarissimo certificato del medico dello sport attestasse il mio ottimo stato di salute. Pretendevano un ulteriore certificato da parte del ginecologo, che però non è autorizzato a rilasciarlo (esiste il medico dello sport apposta) per cui niente da fare per me.
I would have liked to register during pregnancy but they did not allow me to do so despite a very regular certificate from the sports doctor attesting to my excellent state of health. They demanded an additional certificate from the gynecologist, but he is not authorized to issue it (there is a sports doctor on purpose) so nothing for me to do.

My experience in this gym refers to the pool as I have found swimming instructors who are truly prepared thanks to the whole team of Francesco and Martina! In addition, hygiene and cleanliness are not lacking in the changing rooms! Kindness and friendliness of the reception staff!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È la prima volta che riesco a essere costante nell'andare in palestra. Il luogo è molto tranquillo e familiare, gli insegnanti sono tutti validi e motivati. Le sale fitness sono attrezzate e ben tenute; la vista sulla piscina aggiunge un tocco in più alle lezioni. Consigliata.
It is the first time that I can be consistent in going to the gym. The place is very quiet and familiar, the teachers are all valid and motivated. The fitness rooms are equipped and well maintained; the pool view adds an extra touch to the lessons. Recommended.
