Particolarmente riusciti i gusti alla frutta, in cui il sapore del frutto non viene coperto dal troppo zucchero (si usa spesso il fruttosio). I prezzi sono di poco superiori alla media, ma giustificati dalla qualità. Ice cream shop underrated but very good. Refined tastes, daring but interesting combinations. In compenso la granita effetto-neve è molto buona e d'Estate una pausa qui la faccio volentieri! Il gelato è buono e diversi gusti sono senza zucchero: mi piace sentire il vero sapore senza il fastidioso dolcificante artificiale che molte volte copre il vero aroma. apprezzo la varietà di scelta e ogni volta che entro cè sempre qualcosa di nuovo e da provare. gentile il ragazzo che lavora spesso la sera, disponibile anche nel consigliare gli abbinamenti e proporre le novità. peccato per le sole 2 panche all'esterno ma d'altronde stiamo parlando di una gelateria in una zona di passeggio e non di un bar. excellent place located exactly in the middle of the walking area of via Italia. Però... vorrei consigliare al gelataio di fumare di meno e con maggior discrezione, secondo me non fa una gran bella figura con la sigaretta fuori dal negozio e subito dopo a servire gelato... benché sia sicuro che niente all'interno viene contaminato. Il caffè amaro che fa lui é notevole, si assapora l'autenticità del caffè e non le imitazioni che alla fine fanno di cappuccino. ( per gli amanti del caffè). La panna... Rigorosamente fatta al "pozzetto" come si dice dalle mie parti, lavorata a mano, con la giusta densità e sapore. In sostanza consigliato al 100%. I gelati alla crema sono decisamente più buoni rispetto a quelli con la frutta. Personale un po' sulle sue. Ci sono nelle vicinanze gelaterie con qualità-prezzo ma soprattutto varietà di gusti ... migliori!!! Ice cream shop in the center of Via Italia in Piazza a Marta. Ice cream with special flavors.
