Ci sono prosciutti interi, tranci di San Daniele, di Parma. Volendo ne affetta... Salami con aglio e senza.. Altri salumi tutti prodotti freschissimi, Massima igiene e pulizia... Ottima la porchetta ottimi gli stinchi cotti al forno buoni i salumi e tantissime altre cose . Tutto il personale molto gentile e fanno il loro lavoro con tanta passione . Personnes très sympathiques, honnêtes et chaleureuses ! Marina la femme d' Andreino, l'artiste et spécialiste de la Porchetta est charmante et très accueillante. leurs charcuterie est absolument divine :-) on les retrouve également sur beaucoup de foires en France et marchés italien. Je recommande les yeux fermés. I had the chance to visit the manufacturing premises in Budrio, Italy! completely handcrafted .... Very friendly, honest and warm people! Marina the wife of Andreino, artist and Porchetta specialist, is charming and very welcoming. their charcuterie is absolutely divine :-) they are also found on many fairs in France and Italian markets. I recommend with my eyes closed.

The owner was most pleasant. Look foward to visiting the shop next month when we are back in Budrio for more hay for winter stock.
