Prezzi adeguati all'indiscutibile qualità delle carni, prodotti ricercati e originali, costante attenzione all'esigenze del cliente e alla pulizia del locale che, specie in questo periodo Natalizio addobbato a Festa, risulta accogliente ed elegante, grazie al buon gusto dei Proprietari (e dei propri collaboratori), la cui simpatia, tra l'altro, è unica e coinvolgente. Abbiamo iniziato in punta di piedi un paio di mesi fa e man mano ci hanno sempre più conquistato :) Qualità altissima! Pietro ed il suo braccio destro sono molto bravi a capire il cliente: un paio di volte mi hanno sorpreso con le loro prelibatezze ! Dalle Dolomiti, ma non solo! I loro canederli sono squisiti, per non parlare della carne salada; ma io e mia moglie abbiamo trovato addirittura sopra la media le loro tigelle:))) chi l'avrebbe mai detto! Abbiamo gustato carne di agnello (e pure arrosticini) che era la fine del mondo! Non è finita: La loro vetrina parla e diverse volte le loro creazioni si sono rivelate gustosissime (come le cestine di carne ripiena da mettere in forno SLURP). 5 stelle meritatissime e la prospettiva di un felicissimo e carnoso 2021 :D continuate così ragazzi contiamo mooolto su di voi! Oggi è la sincerità che paga e tra 2 mesi (penso che prima non posso) spero di dare conferma ed estendere questa recensione <3 Butcher Dolomites is becoming a point of reference for my wife and me! We started on tiptoe a couple of months ago and gradually they have conquered us more and more :) Very high quality! Pietro and his right arm are very good at understanding the customer: a couple of times they surprised me with their delicacies! From the Dolomites, but not only! Their dumplings are exquisite, not to mention the carne salada; but my wife and I found their tigelle even above average :))) who would have thought that! We enjoyed lamb (and kebabs too) which was out of this world! It's not over: Their showcase speaks and several times their creations turned out to be very tasty (like the stuffed meat baskets to put in the SLURP oven). 5 well-deserved stars and the prospect of a very happy and meaty 2021: D keep it up guys we count on you soooo much! Today it is sincerity that pays off and in 2 months (I think I can't before) I hope to confirm and extend this review <3

La carne è ovviamente il pezzo forte, di ottima qualità e grande varietà (da provare i preparati, pronti da cuocere!). Ma si possono trovare tantissimi altri prodotti, tra cui ottimo vino, pasta, tigelle, colombe e panettoni. La vera chicca poi è il team, che nel suo lavoro mette sempre cortesia, simpatia e grande cura. Macelleria Dolomiti riempie pancia e cuore. The Butcher Dolomites has now become a staple for me. Meat is obviously the strong point, of excellent quality and great variety (try the preparations, ready to cook!). But you can find many other products, including excellent wine, pasta, tigelle, colombe and panettone. The real gem is the team, which always puts courtesy, friendliness and great care in its work. Butcher Dolomites fills the stomach and heart.

La macelleria Dolomiti con Pietro ed il suo staff offrono cortesia, disponibilità e soprattutto ottima carne bovina, ovina e pollame, di qualità eccellente. L'influenza trentina di Pietro si respira in tutto il suo locale con ampia offerta di prodotti locali e ricercati di qualità eccellente...ottima la carne salada e lo speck senza contare i formaggi e tutti i pronti da cuocere che vengono preparati da Alberto e Saverio ottimi compagni di viaggio. Alla cassa cortese ed accogliente c'è Gessica la moglie di Pietro che offre al locale il suo tocco femminile. Il giovane proprietario, Pietro, propone anche carni di vario tipo elaborate secondo sue ricette, come gli straccetti di vitello con carciofi, assolutamente deliziosi. Buoni anche gli affettati. Superbuoni gli hamburger di carne presentati in diverse varianti di gusto. Vi si possono trovare anche alcuni prodotti tipici trentini e del Sud Tirolo. Eccezionale il miele fornito da un piccolo produttore delle Dolomiti. Selected meats at the top.
