E' il refrain comune a buona parte degli amici che nel corso degli anni hanno venduto/comprato una casa.
Forse perche' gli immobiliaristi condividono una divisa un po funebre (che a me ricorda i venditori di Bibbie del West) e quindi ci allatmano' quando li vediamo frequentare assiduamente il piano sopra al nostro, o anche perche'' ci riempiono la segreteria telefonica o la cassetta delle lettere con i loro advertisement.
Ma se il format aziendale e' comune, quello che puo' fare la differenza sono le persone.
E allora, con assoluta franchezza, vi consiglio di affidarvi a Salvatore e Roberta che sono affidabilissimi e molto comprensivi delle esigenze (a volte capricciose) di noi semprebrontolanti clienti.
