Qui vale la pena venire , investendo qualche minuto e qualche risorsa in più per ascoltare un consiglio da appassionato del prodotto qual'é il titolare , sempre dietro al banco col sorriso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scoperto e provato per la prima volta la scorsa settimana! Quale lieta sorpresa!! Insieme al bar/pasticceria adiacente costituisce una fermata a dir poco obbligatoria!! Qualità dei prodotti e del servizio a livelli altissimi!! Complimenti davvero! Pur abitando lontano, per lavoro passo da Bologna almeno 2 volte alla settimana e credo proprio che questo piccolo paradiso diventerà tappa fissa!!!??
Discovered and tested for the first time last week! What a happy surprise !! Together with the adjacent bar / pastry shop, it is an obligatory stop! Quality of products and service at the highest levels !! Sincere congratulations! Although I live far away, for work I pass by Bologna at least 2 times a week and I really believe that this little paradise will become a fixed stop !!! ??

Adoro i caprini ed il gorgonzola. Le salsine da abbinarci sono tantissime (albicocca e té nero voto 10).
Buoni i taralli e anche gli gnocchi di zucca!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gastronomia molto bene fornita, con prodotti che spaziano dal locale all’europeo come i formaggi francesi e le patatine spagnole, tutto ricercato e buonissimo. Consiglio vivamente anche la stracciatella, non è semplice trovare a Bologna prodotti di questa qualità. Il locale è pulito e con molto personale. Un appunto lo faccio invece ai taralli alle cime di rapa, che mentre all’inizio hanno un sentore amarognolo tipico della rapa sul finale risulta veramente troppo pungente e non piacevole, non capiamo se sia un problema legato all’olio o alla lavorazione, molto buoni invece quelli alla cipolla, per tanto consiglio la marca, ma chiedo di rivedere questa tipologia sopracitata. Ha veramente tante chicche e un bancone formaggi vasto. Non abbiamo ancora comprato il parmigiano ma prossimamente un bel 24 mesi non ce lo leva nessuno.
Very well-stocked gastronomy, with products ranging from local to European such as French cheeses and Spanish chips, all refined and delicious. I also highly recommend the stracciatella, it is not easy to find products of this quality in Bologna. The place is clean and with a lot of staff. A note I do instead to the taralli with turnip tops, which while at the beginning have a bitter hint typical of turnip on the finish it is really too pungent and not pleasant, we do not understand if it is a problem related to oil or processing, very good instead those with onion, so I recommend the brand, but I ask you to review this type mentioned above. It has so many goodies and a large cheese counter. We have not yet bought the Parmesan but in the next 24 months nobody will take it away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were very surprised by the quality of products for a reasonable price, so we came back one more time after visiting other shops in the city center. They are not on trip advisor for the moment and this place is very popular for local people. Roberto was very nice and helped us a lot, he even explained us the story of Parmesan cheese and balsamic vinegar, how it was made, where it was created etc etc. Hope we will have a chance to come back one day again.
