Catania:posizione eccezionale nel pieno centro storico della città. Complimenti alla Sigmra Mariella. Siracusa:più grazioso forse di presenza, pochi minuti di macchina dal centro storico di Ortigia. Desirée e il suo modo di fare come per la Signora di Catania, rendono il tutto molto più piacevole e gradevole grazie alla loro gentilezza e cortesia nel dare consigli, informazioni e offrirti sempre dei sorrisi a colazione. Catania: exceptional location in the historic center of the city. Congratulations to Sigmra Mariella. Syracuse: perhaps more graceful than presence, a few minutes drive from the historic center of Ortigia. P	Philipp 1993 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolut nicht zu empfehlen! Ein Albtraum. Wollten unser Kind nicht zur Mutter ins Zimmer lassen und haben uns daraufhin den Strom abgedreht und uns rausgeschmissen. Geld wird auch nicht erstattet. Fernhalten! Absolutely not to be recommended! A nightmare. Didn't want to let our child into the mother's room and then turned off the electricity and kicked us out. Money is also not refunded. Keep away!

Purtroppo il frigorifero era rumorosissimo ed impediva di dormire, anche se avrebbe dovuto spegnersi automaticamente dalle 22 alle 8. O forse erano gli idromassaggi delle stanze al piano di sotto, non si è chiarito. Fatto sta che per due notti un rumore di macchinario ci svegliava più volte durante la notte... Lo scarico del gabinetto si è bloccato e sono dovuto salire più volte su uno sgabello per rimetterlo a posto. E ad un certo punto abbiamo dovuto pure farci prestare un secchio perché non funzionava più del tutto e l'impiegata è dovuta venire con la scala per sistemare il galleggiante. Inoltre la colazione era piuttosto povera, con dei tristissimi cornetti ripieni surgelati e riscaldati nel fornetto elettrico. Peccato! Excellent location, close to the Greek theater and in a quiet street. Friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately the refrigerator was very noisy and prevented you from sleeping, even if it should have turned off automatically from 10pm to 8am. Or maybe it was the whirlpools in the rooms downstairs, it didn't clear up. The fact is that for two nights a noise of machinery woke us up several times during the night ... The toilet drain blocked and I had to climb on a stool several times to put it back in place. And at some point we also had to borrow a bucket because it no longer worked completely and the employee had to come with the ladder to fix the float. In addition, the breakfast was rather poor, with very sad frozen croissants stuffed and heated in the electric oven. Sin!

D	Dario Bellavita on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Luogo dalle foto molto bello, ma vasca idro INUTILIZZABILE, appena riempita l’acqua si sporca di nero, sia con l’idro acceso o spento diventava impossibile usarla in quanto non molto igienico, per il resto Desirée molto cordiale e gentile, ma non si può far pagare una camera con vasca idro se poi è inutilizzabile..PECCATO… Very nice place with photos, but UNUSABLE hydro bath, as soon as the water is filled it gets dirty with black, whether with the hydro on or off it became impossible to use it as it is not very hygienic, otherwise Desirée very friendly and kind, but not you can charge for a room with a hydro bath if it is then unusable .. TOO ...
