★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bella posizione, a pochi minuti in macchina dal centro di Siracusa e dall'entrata di Ortigia. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e cordiali, disposti sempre a dare consigli su dove andare a pranzo o per passare qualche di relax. Le stanze sono meravigliose, la camera Venere gode di una vista mare splendida inoltre si può assistere ad uno spettacolo stupendo alle prime luci dell'alba. Di sicuro tornerò di nuovo a trovarvi.
 Beautiful location, just a few minutes by car from the center of Syracuse and the entrance to Ortigia. The owners are very kind and friendly, always willing to give advice on where to go for lunch or to spend some relaxing time. The rooms are wonderful, the Venere room has a splendid sea view and you can watch a wonderful show at dawn. I will certainly come back to see you again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo soggiornato due notti in questo b&b. La struttura è molto bella ed il personale gentile e disponibile. Le camere con la vista mare sono il top e c'è un accesso diretto al mare. La struttura dista circa 1,5km dal centro ma appena fuori c'è la fermata del bus elettrico turistico che ferma in tutti i siti di interesse. Inoltre c'è una pista ciclabile a circa 500 Mt se avete voglia di camminare o correre. Unica pecca la colazione allo Zen ma il secondo giorno è stato recuperato da una notevole colazione in camera.
We stayed two nights in this b & b. The structure is very beautiful and the staff are kind and helpful. The rooms with the sea view are the top and there is direct access to the sea. The structure is about 1.5 km from the center but just outside there is the electric tourist bus stop which stops at all the sites of interest. In addition there is a bike path about 500 Mt if you want to walk or run. The only flaw is the Zen breakfast but on the second day it was recovered from a remarkable breakfast in the room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gaetano e Noemi sono stati fantastici. La struttura è curata nei minimi dettagli, pulitissima, dotata di ogni confort, doccia con insonorizzazione favolosa, vista mare spettacolare, in più ci sono due sedioline con accesso diretto al mare, dove ci si può rilassare e fare un bagno veloce, anche la posizione strategica, a circa 5 minuti in auto dal centro di Ortigia. Gaetano e Noemi sono stati gentilissimi e molto disponibili, ci hanno consigliato davvero tanti bei posti da visitare e in cui fermarci a mangiare ed i loro consigli sono stati preziosi. Una nota più che positiva anche per la colazione al bar, vasta scelta e prodotto freschi....alla prossima!!!
Gaetano and Noemi were fantastic. The structure is treated in detail, very clean, equipped with every comfort, shower with fabulous soundproofing, spectacular sea view, plus there are two small seats with direct access to the sea, where you can relax and take a quick bath, even the location strategic, about 5 minutes by car from the center of Ortigia. Gaetano and Noemi were very kind and very helpful, they recommended us many beautiful places to visit and where to stop and eat and their advice was precious. A more than positive note also for breakfast at the bar, wide choice and fresh product .... see you next time !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Camera mai pulita , servizio inesistente, colazione in un triste bar a 600 metri. Triste appartamento in un palazzo senza terrazzo o sbocco , troppo troppo caro per il servizio offerto. Accanto ci sta un hotel a 4 stelle che costa uguale e il servizio e eccezionale .
Si fanno pagare la stanza all arrivo perché coscienti dell indecenza offerta
Room never cleaned, service non-existent, breakfast in a sad bar 600 meters away. Sad apartment in a building with no terrace or outlet, too expensive for the service offered. Next to it is a 4-star hotel that costs the same and the service is exceptional.
They charge for the room upon arrival because they are aware of the indecency offered

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premetto che viaggio tanto e sono molto accomodante, ho trascorso 3 notti in questo B&B dove lo definirei solo B perché la colazione non esiste e con la scusa del COVID se ne lavano le mani dandoti un voucher da utilizzare in un bar a 700m dalla struttura e poco fornito! Per il prezzo che abbiamo pagato (€200 a notte) il livello dovrebbe essere decisamente più alto! Sono molto bravi con le parole ma con i fatti lasciano molto a desiderare, oltre a considerare il fatto che in camera se apri il divano letto devi praticamene passarci sopra per andare in bagno! Ho trovato anche di cattivo gusto, accollarci altri €200 per aver creato dei danni, visibili solo a loro perché quando siamo andati via verso le 9.30 non esistevano, ma sono comparsi alle 12,30 dopo che avevamo lasciato la struttura e messo una recensione negativa. Io non lo consiglio affatto!
I state that I travel a lot and I am very accommodating, I spent 3 nights in this B&B where I would call it only B because breakfast does not exist and with the excuse of COVID they wash their hands by giving you a voucher to use in a bar 700m from the hotel and little supplied! For the price we paid (€ 200 per night) the standard should be much higher! They are very good with words but with facts they leave a lot to be desired, as well as considering the fact that in the room if you open the sofa bed you have to practically pass over it to go to the bathroom! I also found it tacky, taking on another € 200 for creating damage, visible only to them because when we left around 9.30 they didn't exist, but they appeared at 12.30 after we left the property and posted a negative review . I don't recommend it at all!

Partiamo dall'accoglienza,Noemi è una ragazza speciale,dolce e professionale.Ci siamo sentiti subito coccolati e ci ha consigliato i migliori posti di Siracusa,dall'arte ai ristoranti ? sempre disponibile e ha soddisfatto ogni nostra esigenza.Parcheggio comodissimo e gratuito fuori la struttura.Che dire della camera? "Venere" dove è continuata la nostra luna di miele ☺️ una vista mozzafiato,il suono delle onde ha cullato i nostri cuori ☺️ sia l'alba che la luna piena ci hanno incantati! Pulizia ottima,accompagnata sempre da essenze sublimi ? tutto curato nei dettagli e di gusto ottimo! La colazione è a scelta,in camera oppure al bar a pochi passi,noi abbiamo fatto entrambi le cose,e siamo rimasti soddisfattissimi! il proprietario Gaetano? Una persona speciale! Ci ha fatto sentire a casa! In poco tempo ci ha conquistati con la sua simpatia e cordialità ? Che dire ancora? 1000 stelle! Giriamo da anni tra Hotel e B&B,ma possiamo dire che completi di tutto non ne abbiamo mai trovati! Marlove è perfetto,magico,incantevole! Da Napoli,ogni volta che scenderemo,non cercheremo altro,se non Marlove! Noemi e Gaetano avete conquistato i nostri cuori! A prestissimo!

So I consider our stay a magic! Let's start from the welcome, Noemi is a special, sweet and professional girl, we immediately felt pampered and she recommended the best places in Syracuse, from art to restaurants ? always available and satisfied our every need. the structure. What about the room? "Venus" where our honeymoon continued ☺️ a breathtaking view, the sound of the waves lulled our hearts ☺️ both the dawn and the full moon enchanted us! Excellent cleanliness, always accompanied by sublime essences ? all with attention to detail and excellent taste! Breakfast is a choice, in the room or at the bar a few steps away, we did both, and we were very satisfied! the owner Gaetano? A special person! He made us feel at home! In a short time he won us over with his sympathy and cordiality ? What else can we say? 1000 stars! We have been traveling between hotels and B & Bs for years, but we can say that we have never found them complete with everything! Marlove is perfect, magical, enchanting! From Naples, every time we get off, we will look for nothing else, if not Marlove! Noemi and Gaetano have won our hearts! See you soon!

The room is beautiful and very clean. The view from our room, incredible but the best thing is Maria she is an amazing a generous hostess. She has made our stay very special. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. I really recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An excellent b and b. The manager Mario was fantastic and did everything he could to make sure our stay was comfortable and it was. The ocean views from your window are amazing. Free Onsite parking is a major bonus. You can have a private swim with direct ocean access via a locked gate... this is worth a million bucks. The room is small but modern clean and comfortable. A kettle, cups, milk and tea/coffee facilities in your room are not available and should be. Breakfast is basic but adequate however some fruits would be good to add though. Highly recommend and would love to visit again. Well done.
