Si accoglie il cliente in una cornice ideale, con garbo e tranquillità. Dal primo contatto, fino al post vendita è tutto come dovrebbe essere, neppure una virgola fuori posto. Cordialità e chiarezza, nonché trasparenza e correttezza sono i punti di forza. Consigliato, è a dir poco. Proporrei: eccezionale.

Ho trovato nello Staff del Custode del Tempo a Terni in particolar modo nel Signor Alessandro, una persona molto paziente (con il sottoscritto non è semplice) sobria, schietta e gran conoscitore delle dinamiche orologiaie di mercato e tecniche. Credo che chi apprezza l'orologeria non può che trovarsi bene. Inoltre non è da molti valorizzare gli orologi personali dei clienti e trattarli al pari di quelli venduti dall'esercente, se validi. Segno di grande onestà. Molto soddisfatto.

I found in the Staff of the Custode del Tempo in Terni especially in Mr. Alessandro, a very patient person (with myself it is not easy), sober, frank and a great connoisseur of the dynamics of market watchmaking and techniques. I believe that anyone who appreciates watchmaking can only be happy with it. Non sono solito lasciare recensioni ma Il Custode del Tempo la merita. Acquistato negli ultimi anni due orologi importanti e Alessandro, oltre ad essere preparato nonché appassionato è stato sempre disponibile alla trattativa. A differenza di tanti poi, le valutazioni di eventuali permute sono oneste e gli orologi proposti in condizioni strepitose. Ultima nota di merito l’elegante punto vendita arredato con estremo gusto. Grazie di tutto ed al prossimo sicuro acquisto.

Purchased two important watches in recent years and Alessandro, in addition to being prepared and passionate, has always been available for negotiation. Unlike many others, the evaluations of any trade-ins are honest and the watches offered are in amazing conditions. Last note of merit the elegant store furnished with extreme taste.
