★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo tanto tempo abbiamo avuto l'occasione di tornare in questo ambiente pulito e intimo dove poter ritrovare ciò che abbiamo lasciato in passato...una cucina innovativa con i suoi piatti sempre curati e in evoluzione con una attenta ricerca nelle materie prime.Ottima carta dei vini e prezzo nella media.Personalmente un fiore all'occhiello nei primi piatti,in particolare gli spaghetti artigianali con nduja su letto di zuppa burratina e crudita di gamberi

La gentilezza dei proprietari è un valore aggiunto, quanto fondamentale, ad un menù ed una cucina che uniscono alla perfezione la tradizione culinaria (e le materie prime) del Sud Italia alla modernità dei piatti e degli abbinamenti. Prezzi assolutamente in linea con quanto offerto. Favoloso!
Absolutely exceptional restaurant. The kindness of the owners is an added value, as much as fundamental, to a menu and a cuisine that perfectly combine the culinary tradition (and raw materials) of Southern Italy with the modernity of the dishes and combinations. Prices absolutely in line with what is offered. Fabulous!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oltre alle normali visite abbiamo l'abitudine di essere presenti nelle serate a tema. Spettacolose quelle dedicate alla Puglia e quelle del tutto crudo. Grazie allo Chef Mario ed alla sua gentilissima consorte Manuela.
