★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prezzi molto cari, base 10 € e riserve tra 14 e 20 €. Presentazione dei vini molto lacunosa. Non ci hanno offerto di assaggiare i vini. Stasera scopriremo se almeno la qualità del vino giustifica il prezzo.
Rispondendo alla recensione del proprietario. E’ vero il mio primo giudizio si basava solo sul prezzo. Questo perché non mi è stato possibile assaggiare i vini prima di acquistarlo. E poi mi scusi lei i vini mica li baratta..li vende..e quindi di prezzi bisogna parlare. Se mi vende un simil Amarone (vino rosso appassito) al prezzo di un Amarone (caro). Le dico che io preferisco l’originale. E poi i vini sono ben fatti. Secondo me è proprio sbagliata la fascia di prezzo. Spenderete quanto i vini del Collio (per i bianchi), ma senza essere sul Collio: il livello non è quello. Non per colpa del vignaiolo, ma perché la terra è diversa. Anche dal punto di vista agro-economico, in pianura ci sono alcuni vantaggi nella lavorazione che dovrebbero emergere nei prezzi. Insomma, per me è un peccato. Un buon vino, ma completamente errata la fascia di prezzo meglio andare in cantine vicine (ai Galli per esempio) più in linea con la zona.

I tell her that I prefer the original. And then the wines are well made. In my opinion, the price range is just wrong. You will spend as much as the Collio wines (for whites), but without being on the Collio: the level is not that. Not because of the winemaker, but because the land is different. Also from the agro-economic point of view, in the plains there are some advantages in processing that should emerge in the prices. In short, for me it is a pity. A good wine, but the price range is completely wrong. Better to go to nearby wineries (to the Galli for example) more in line with the area.
