A	Antonio Crotti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io ho mangiato una pizza con mozzarella di bufala scaldano la mozzarella con la pizza la quale perde tutto il latte e rende l'impasto molliccio.per me va messa alla fine prima di portarla almeno si sente tutto il gusto così sembra una margherita umida I ate a pizza with buffalo mozzarella they heat the mozzarella with the pizza which loses all the milk and makes the dough soggy. For me it must be put at the end before bringing it at least you can feel all the taste so it looks like a moist margherita

Piccola rettifica: ormai è diventato il mio fornitore di pizza, esco dal cancello del mio condominio e dopo 10 mt!!!! entro in pizzeria a ritirare. Non hanno sbagliato una volta i tempi, mi spiego: se ti dicono alle 20.00, non rischi di trovarle già fatte da 10/15 min quasi fredde, o le sta sfornando o le deve ancora infornare,, tempo max di attesa 10 min. quando c'è il pienone, ovviamente se prenoti in tempo le tue pizze. Dimenticavo ai clienti abituali, arrontonda sempre il totale, ergo il prezzo ora è centratissimo Excellent pizza, costs, on average € 1 more than the competition for the same quality. Keeping this standard, it should be revised downwards, cmq the pizza is very good! Small correction: it has now become my pizza supplier, I leave the gate of my condominium and after 10 meters !!!! I go into the pizzeria to collect.
