★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I turned up just before lunch with a noisy chain set and a variety of clunks and clicks with each pedal stroke. Alessia immediately set to work and, despite my pointing out that it was lunchtime (he normally closes for lunch), he was happy to start work straight away. He quickly identified the source of the problems, fixed them then spent several minutes fine tuning everything and riding the bike up and down the street until everything was perfect. Brilliant!

After an small accident during my vacation the gearshift of my MTB didn’t worked anymore.
I called him. He promised to wait and not to close for lunch break.
When I appeared he immediately repaired the bike in an impressive professional way.
I was impressed!
It was quite cheap. Therefore I gave him a corresponding tip.
I was really impressed by the quick and professional support.
He is repairing bikes for more than 12 years!
