★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo alla richiesta di una cioccolata calda fatta non con il latte ma con soia o qualsiasi altra bevanda vegetale la risposta è stata un cordiale “no”. Nel 2021 non è accettabile.
 Unfortunately, when asked for a hot chocolate made not with milk but with soy or any other vegetable drink, the answer was a cordial "no". In 2021 it is not acceptable.

Service - none! As I approached they and ask to try the sales person with negative attitude stated that I can only try one flavor. This is ridiculous! If you problem is with people trying your gelato and not buying it then you have a problem because you what you are all is not good! And limiting number of flavors to one is not going to make me buy it.
After I headed her tasting spoon after trying I got an attitude and was pointed to trash can on my side.
Overall this is terrible service and average gelato.
