Impasto meraviglioso, solo dopo abbiamo scoperto che utilizzano farine in bio e macinate a pietra. Tutto sa di buono e genuino e lororloro sono super gentili. A parte il fatto che nonostante ci fosse pochissima gente, per servire 4 piadine ci sono voluti più di 45 minuti, inoltre le piadine oltre ad essere arrivate in ritardo, erano anche fredde! PS. Mi hanno fatto pagare una cifra diversa da quella segnata sullo scontrino, forse per errore, spero. We were on September 12 for dinner. Le farine utilizzate sono completamente diverse e il tutto risulta oltre che molto saporito veramente digeribile. Cortesia ed educazione fanno da contorno così come il verde della zona. Tortelli alla lastra buonissimi come i crescioni alla scamorza radicchio e noci , e quelli con ricotta e fichi ???? Well done !!! Il tortello alla lastra é squisito, ma anche la piadina nella sua versione allo stretto, ma anche al farro soddisfano tutti i gusti. Ieri ho provato la piadina salsiccia e verza: spalate. E un tortello ai porcini, che vista la stagione era speciale! Possibilità di porticato per sedersi! Il Chiosco is definitely a 100% Romagna place. The owners are extremely kind and genuine! The tortello alla lastra is exquisite, but also the piadina in its narrow version, but also with spelled satisfy all tastes. Yesterday I tried the piadina with sausage and cabbage: shovel.
