Abbiamo preso un antipasto tipico ottimo, un primo di lagani e ceci buoni mentre i ravioli con ricotta e soppressata buoni ma freddi per non dire ghiacciati. Per terminare il vino abbiamo chiesto due friselle con altre due fette di salame (di numero) ci portano un piatto con quello richiesto e ancora prosciutto crudo e altro, rispedito al mittente. Una serata con circa 5/ 6 tavoli e l'attesa e lunga. Non ci ritorno mi dispiace. The cozy place, the staff a little less. We had an excellent typical appetizer, a first of good lagani and chickpeas while the ravioli with ricotta and soppressata good but cold not to say iced. To finish the wine we asked for two friselle with two other slices of salami (in number) they bring us a plate with the one requested and still raw ham and more, sent back to the sender. An evening with about 5/6 tables and the wait is long. I'm not going back I'm sorry.

Ma soprattutto a soddisfare le papille gustative mie e del mio compagno. Qui si è fermato il mondo, con questi due ottimi primi, una goduria. Personale gentile e servizio super veloce. Grazie On a Saturday evening, without having booked, they managed to accommodate us, even though it was all full .. But above all to satisfy my and my partner's taste buds. S	Stefania Loschiavo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io e il mio ragazzo ci siamo stati dopo metà settembre, purtroppo non abbiamo avuto molta scelta sui posti dove cenare a San Nicola Arcella, perciò abbiamo dovuto scegliere " il casale". ZERO ACCOGLIENZA, POCO SERVIZIO, POCA CORTESIA, POCA PROFESSIONALITÀ. Varchiamo la porta, attendiamo un po'di tempo ma nessuno ci accoglie, nonostante gli addetti alla cucina ci abbiamo notati ci hanno fatto attendere senza chiedere nulla...decido allora di percorrere il piccolo localino e di andare verso il giardino. Li finalmente trovo qualcuno a cui chiedere. Finalmente ci fanno sedere. Posticino grazioso, ma essendo in giardino, le zanzare la fanno da padrone e purtroppo non hanno previsto nessun repellente per rendere la serata dei clienti meno traumatica. Iniziamo la consumazione, purtroppo poca scelta, scegliamo un antipasto e 2 pizze, antipasto buono, pizze nella media. Finiamo di mangiare e ci andrebbe un dolce, ma tardano a sparecchiare e nessuno ci dà più retta...nonostante ci siano più di 4 camerieri che chiacchierano indisturbati in fondo! Decido di sbracciarmi per farmi notare, finalmente arriva una cameriera. Hanno finito tutti i dolci della casa e possiamo scegliere solo fra i tartufi di Pizzo Calabro! (Conosco bene i tartufi di Pizzo, perché sono della zona e quello non era di certo il tartufo al pistacchio! Ho allegato la foto per far vedere come avrebbe dovuto essere il tartufo al pistacchio...) Infine il conto. Peccato che nonostante non sia esattamente economico il posto, non abbiano il servizio bancomat! Abbiamo mangiato, abbiamo pagato ma non siamo rimasti soddisfatti per niente! My boyfriend and I went there after mid-September, unfortunately we didn't have much choice about where to dine in San Nicola Arcella, so we had to choose "il casale". ZERO WELCOME, LITTLE SERVICE, LITTLE COURTESY, LITTLE PROFESSIONALISM. We go through the door, we wait for a while but no one welcomes us, despite the fact that the kitchen workers have noticed us they made us wait without asking anything ... so I decide to walk through the little place and go towards the garden. There I finally find someone to ask. Finally they make us sit down. Nice little place, but being in the garden, mosquitoes are the masters and unfortunately they have not provided any repellent to make the evening less traumatic for customers. We begin the consumption, unfortunately little choice, we choose an appetizer and 2 pizzas, good appetizer, average pizzas. We finish eating and we would like a dessert, but they take a long time to clear the table and nobody listens to us anymore ... despite the fact that there are more than 4 waiters chatting undisturbed at the bottom! I decide to reach out to get noticed, finally a waitress arrives. They have finished all the desserts of the house and we can only choose among the truffles of Pizzo Calabro! (I know the truffles of Pizzo well, because they are from the area and that was certainly not the pistachio truffle! I attached the photo to show how the pistachio truffle should have been ...) Finally, the bill. Too bad that although the place is not exactly cheap, they don't have an ATM service! We ate, paid but were not satisfied at all!

Assolutamente imperdibili gli "scialacedri" scialatielli al cedro abbinati a pesce e crostacei. Personale cortese e presente per le necessità. Ampio dehor estivo, parcheggi di fronte e negli immediati dintorni. I gelati della rinomata gelateria Dante completano l'opera. Promosso ! Excellent meat or fish cuisine managed by a very talented young chef. The pizzeria is also very good. Absolutely not to be missed are the "scialacedri" scialatielli with cedar paired with fish and shellfish. Staff courteous and present for the needs. Large summer outdoor area, parking in front and in the immediate surroundings. The ice creams of the renowned Dante ice cream parlor complete the work. Promoted!

The potatoes with rosemary which were super crispy and the veal steak with grilled eggplant and zucchini. All very good. A local family heard we were on our honeymoon 'Luna di miele' and offered us a glass of their local wine. What a special place.
