Se dovessimo tornare a Sarzana ci torneremo sicuramente. Consigliato. Inspired by the reviews and photos we decided to book in this place, and to say the meat was really good as the service. If we return to Sarzana we will definitely be back. Recommended.

Eravamo molto affamati dopo una giornata di pesca (16/10) e volevamo mangiare qualcosa di diverso dal pesce (il menù offre solo carne e qualche primo di terra). Locale molto carino e piccolo (capienza max 18 persone) ma curatissimo nei minimi particolari. Veniamo accolti da una ragazza che ci dona sin da subito la sua passione per il suo lavoro e ci spiega tutto nei minimi particolari. Optiamo per un menù già preimpostato di coppia che comprendeva un antipasto salumi e formaggi decisamente superlativi...un lode particolare alla mortadella pistacchio e tartufo... Come secondo bistecca da 1kg da condividere e un contorno di patate al forno buonissime. Per la carne una sola affermazione...SUPERLATIVA...Non ci sono altre affermazioni. Come vino abbiamo preso un primitivo di Manduria di un'ottima cantina. Il prezzo non eccessivo per la qualità ricevuta. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente... Consigliatissimo We find this place by chance, we call and luckily they had a free table for 2. We were very hungry after a day of fishing (16/10) and wanted to eat something other than fish (the menu only offers meat and some first courses from the land). Very nice and small place (max capacity 18 people) but with great attention to detail. We are greeted by a girl who immediately gives us her passion for her work and explains everything in detail. We opt for a pre-set couple menu that included a decidedly superlative salami and cheese appetizer ... a particular praise to the mortadella, pistachio and truffle ... As a second 1kg steak to share and a side dish of delicious baked potatoes. For meat only one statement ... SUPERB ... There are no other statements. As a wine we took a Primitivo di Manduria from an excellent cellar. The price is not excessive for the quality received. We will definitely be back ... Highly recommended

We had bistecca di scottona that literally melted in your mouth with a very nice bottle of red wine Vermentino nero Terenzuola that accompanied the dish perfectly. The waitress was very friendly and helpful, another lady at the restaurant, I guess, she is the manager, was very accommodating. We were explained what was available on the menu and all particular qualities of different cuts of the meats they had. This restaurant is the representation of the excellent skills of the chef, quality produce and the service that makes you feel cared for and comfortable. The prices are affordable, especially considering the quality, it's a perfect match. Thank you Il Cantinone, we will be back ?
