★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ho portato, in preda alla disperazione, due stivali in pelle il cui tacco e plateau erano distrutti. la signora alla cassa ha commentato: "signorina, queste scarpe sono MANGIATE!". dopo 10 giorni me li hanno restituiti come nuovi. certo, vista l'entità del danno mi è costato un po', ma conosco tanti posti in cui allo stesso prezzo (se non di più..) avrebbero fatto un lavoro decisamente scadente.
I carried, in desperation, two leather boots whose heel and plateau were destroyed. the lady at the counter commented: "Miss, these shoes are EAT!". after 10 days they were returned to me as new. certainly, given the extent of the damage it cost me a little, but I know many places where at the same price (if not more ...) they would have done a very poor job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sei mesi fa porto un paio di mocassini leggermente scollati dietro e chiedo il costo, a parte che la signorina prende le scarpe e me le apre completamente dalla suola per dimostrare che erano da riparare tutte!!! Mi chiede 10 euro per mettere un pò di colla e serrarle adducendo chissà quale difficile operazione. Oggi a distanza di 6 mesi una delle suole se staccata nuovamente. MAI PIU'!!
Six months ago I wear a pair of slightly low-cut moccasins behind and ask for the cost, apart from that the young lady takes the shoes and opens them completely from the sole to show that they were all to be repaired !!! He asks me for 10 euros to put some glue and tighten them citing who knows what difficult operation. Today after 6 months one of the soles if detached again. NEVER AGAIN'!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oltre ad essere carissimi (mi hanno chiesto 15 euro per una piccola riparazione che ho poi fatto altrove per 7 euro) sono cosi poco professionali da neanche chiamare per avvertire che non sono stati in grado di fare la riparazione per il giorno di consegna. Quindi ho attraversato km in macchina con 40 gradi per sentirmi dire che la riparazione non l' avevano fatta nonostante fosse il giorno da loro indicato per il ritiro.
Besides being very expensive (they asked me for 15 euros for a small repair which I then did elsewhere for 7 euros) they are so unprofessional that they didn't even call to warn that they weren't able to do the repair for the day of delivery. So I drove 40 degrees in the car to be told that the repair was not done even though it was the day they indicated for collection.
