Large fully equipped room one of the best ever visited, great for parties, children have a lot of fun. Professionalism of the owner and kindness make this place for children the best.

A great local. I celebrated. My son's party ... 4 years .. the children had fun. And so much space and different games .. Laura the owner is very helpful ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per niente professionale la proprietaria: avevo prenotato la sala lasciando anche il mio nr. di telefono, in accordo con lei, che sarei passata questa mattina (sapeva che ero ricoverata in ospedale e prima non sarei potuta passare) per lasciare un acconto. Preciso che al momento della prenotazione in agendo ero l'unica prenotata per il giorno a me interessato. Lei si mostrò molto cordiale e disponibile ma...sorpresa!!! Questa mattina al mio arrivo come accordi presi, la sala è stata data ad altri e la proprietaria non si è minimamente degnata di farmi una telefonata nei giorni precedenti. Oltre al danno, la beffa: di fronte la mia protesta lei ha semplicemente risposto "in questo ambiente lavorativo è così che funziona.."
Mia cara, fortuna nostra è che ci sono locatari più seri e di parola rispetto a te che sei totalmente inaffidabile! È vergognoso!!!!
The owner was not at all professional: I had booked the room leaving my nr. by phone, in agreement with her, that I would have passed this morning (she knew that I was hospitalized and I would not have been able to pass before) to leave a deposit. I specify that at the time of booking in acting I was the only one booked for the day interested in me. She was very friendly and helpful but ... surprised !!! This morning when I arrived as agreements were made, the room was given to others and the owner did not in the least deign to make me a phone call in the previous days. In addition to the damage, the mockery: in front of my protest she simply replied "in this working environment this is how it works .."
My dear, our luck is that there are more serious and speaking tenants than you who are totally unreliable! It is shameful !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Locale ampio ed attrezzato per accogliere tanti bambini, i genitori ed i parenti possono controllarli facilmente anche stando comodamente seduti nella zona buffet. La struttura è situata al primo piano dell'edificio, risulta un pò scomodo per chi deve salire con un passeggino o carrozzino.
Large and equipped to accommodate many children, parents and relatives can control them easily even while sitting comfortably in the buffet area. The structure is located on the first floor of the building, it is a little inconvenient for those who have to climb with a stroller or buggy.

Confermato e riconfermato, oggi chiedo quando devo portare l'acconto e cosa mi dice... il 5 e gia stato prenotato... senza neanche avvisarmi ha dato il 5 marzo ad altre persone dicendo che se passano troppi mesi senza acconto ( 1 mese)la prenotazuone si annulla automaticamente... a me sembra pazzesco una telefonata la poteva fare. Comportamento veramente schifoso visto che adesso 30 bambini non faranno la festa di carnevale.
Not very serious owner. I booked the venue on January 17th for the carnival party March 5th
