1.15 pm We enter the restaurant after having booked the table an hour before ... .. and we find it full of customers ... the waitress three times after asking me to move x Why was I bothered by the passage not even ask me if I had booked ?? If we were… 2… 4…. Or I didn't need anything… anyway I meet the gentleman I had booked…. He recognizes me and asks me to wait (right…. The place was full…) we notice 4 empty tables with dirty dishes on top…. (no one sparacchiava) at 13.45 we are given a table …… they ask us for drinks… wine and water…. The wine arrives immediately after having asked for it three times, it is served to us at 2.40 pm…. Hot ... .. in the meantime we are served the appetizer .... Good ... it's not bad ... 14.45 we are still waiting for the first one .. the table next to us remains to be cleared .. (it was like this at the time of our arrival) 14.55 we are served the first one…. Abundant…. Good fettuccine with truffles ... a little dry ... (it can happen) we have at the table in another local dish with pasta (scotta) and vegetables ... good he too .... 3.13 pm the table is cleared we are waiting for the second… .15.30 the second arrives… .. amazes my expectations …… .. all really good…. Compliments…. We ask for the bill 3 times… at 16.10 we are given the bill…. A little expensive! 169 € in 4 for two appetizers 4 first and 4 seconds ... served from 1.45pm to 3.30pm ... .. I would return there in a less chaotic midweek day ... perhaps better organized this place could offer pleasant moments of refreshment

12 September 2021: trip to Rasiglia, Borgo delle Acque. Very nice and structured village on the water source. I recommend that you go around using a tourist ford at least you understand something of this country. I stopped to eat at this farm, I must say good food. The truffle on the ragu is grated by hand

Characteristic restaurant, very suggestive location, local food of excellent quality, friendly and polite staff, prices in the norm. I highly recommend it

Beautiful Rasiglia village ... we entered this restaurant, obviously in time, imagining that tourism could create problems, we found not only delicious typical dishes, the first with truffles at a more than affordable price, but also the very kind and competent staff, in short, had lunch and drank very well. The peculiarity .... it is crossed by the very suggestive watercourse. We will be back, so recommended.

Friendly and helpful. Booked the day before in this restaurant in the center of Rasiglia. All in all decent lunch, abundant courses like the bill that could be revised, a bit excessive for what it offers! Book outdoor tables that have them or upstairs otherwise you bring home all the "scents" of the kitchen !!!

The door!!! Close that door. Both customers and waiters always leave the entrance door open and freeze the room. The only flaw. Very courteous and helpful owners, fast and accurate service. Yummy food a terrific soup. I would only improve ... The door only needs a spring for the return and it closes by itself. P. S. Fair prices
